Do not look into the UV light..
Absolutely awesome item. Works well and doesnât leak. The noise level is kinda high so if you are noise sensitive this wouldnât be for you. I like the fact that it comes with an array of different tips for whatever you need it for. If you are prone to tonsil stones this item will work but the pressure is pretty high even at its lowest setting but giving its high pressure it makes for a breeze when flossing. It definitely gets everything out from between the teeth. The quality of the water I would say depends on what you are using, I use distilled water and havenât gotten any build up and noticed better results. Make sure you have plenty of vanity space this item is pretty sizable.

Quite frankly, I’ve never owned a Waterpik, because I refuse to pay their pricesâwhen I’m certain another brand will do the work just as well. And this one does! I had another brand and it finally said good night (likely due to my use of sea salt and essential oils in the tub); so, I went to reorder it, and it was no longer available. After a bit of research, I went with this one; and, as far as I’m concerned, it’s top notch! It’s everything my other unit was and more. The water tub does detach for easy maneuvering. It’s a great little device.

Bought one had to replace it got another one now Iâve gotta throw this one in the trash. Thereâs something bad wrong with the tanks. They leak the liquid out continuously I would not recommend this product whatsoever

Works very well, small footprint. If it feels like itâs taking too long to prime, just press down on the top, you just need to and engage the water reservoir with the actual machine. I only fill it about an inch and a half. That is a big reservoir. I definitely recommend.

Stopped working one day after return window, but seller made the situation right
UPDATED REVIEW: (updated to 3 stars b/c of excellent customer service)Seller offered some troubleshooting options to try to get the flosser working again. Unfortunately those options did not work so they offered a full refund. Note- they did say that washing in hot water could have caused a part to deform. I’m not certain that is the problem, but those purchasing this new, definitely do not wash in too hot of water. It’s always good to find a company that stands behind their product and makes it right if the product fails.ORIGINAL REVIEW: (originally w/1 star)I was loving this water pick/ water flosser. I especially loved that it had a space to store all the attachments and uv to keep everything sanitized. Sadly, just one day after the return window it stopped working. It turns on, but no more water shoots out the attachment. I will say it did take a while to build up pressure. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not because this is my first one of these. If that’s not normal, then I guess I had a warning before the return window, but as someone new to a water flosser I didn’t know. I was excited, feeling like it was a good deal, but it’s not really a great deal if the product doesn’t work ð
