I have carpal tunnel and they are perfect for not being able to squeeze and they help hold onto your hands with the strap. They make the work out easier because of the handles and the strap. And I love the pastel colors. and because they made my workout easier, they are totally worth every penny knowing this I wouldâve paid more 🙂

I have had these for months and waited to write this review because don’t you just hate when people review something before they actually know if it works well and holds up? I purchased these to add some “strength training” to my walks. I love that I can choose from 3 different weights depending on how motivated I feel that day 🙂 The handles on each weight make carrying them so comfortable, even on a long 5 mile walk. The handles have remained attached and the strong stitching is showing no signs of wear. They are very well made. I thing the best feature is that you can unzip them and wash the covers!! They get so grimy but after washing them they look brand new and smell great! The color coded weights also help when I’m in a hurry so I don’t accidently grab 2 different weights. You won’t regret this purchase.

Roomy Strap, Fun Colors
I initially tried to find a set of hand weights that started with a 2# set up to 4# because I already had a set of 1# weights. Unlike this set, however, I have trouble fitting my medium wide span of fingers under the straps. So I’m glad I couldn’t avoid buying a redundant set of 1# weights. These are good colors for me with zippers that allow removing the inserts to wash the exterior. This was important to me because I knew the sand would be enclosed in its own pouch and less likely to pour out of a tear in the exterior fabric. Alas, I’m not even likely to use a 4# set for walking; The 3# set that comes with the 1# and 2# weights is heavy enough. Probably more important, these were a better buy as a set of three than any a la carte set of hand weights. The added value is that the cover zips off and the double layer of fabric and the straps are nice and roomy for most, maybe all size hands
