I am iron and vitamin D deficient and I started taking these vitamins. If you do take them on a regular basis, you will see a difference, especially for women who are still having periods. The price is even better than a lot of these multivitamins that are out this company has been around for years and Iâm from the island. This is what people used to take back when I was younger and live in there and I decided I wanted to start taking it and I do see a difference, especially with my iron I would recommend and I have bought these items again.
