Have a hard time finding these caplets in the store. I want to be able to break the tablet in half, everything I found on the store shelf was a capsule or in some other format that couldn’t easily be broken in half. Also got a better price, delivery was quick.

I was using this for histamine intollerance and sleep problms. But, noticed it messed with my brain and had trouble remember things. Sure enough learned it can contribue to dementia if you use it too long. I have switched to certirizine. It is much safer and I get it on amazon.
