These things are exactly how the picture looks they are good quality extremely good material, durable, designed well, I get a good effective workout with The bands, with the foam grip it makes it a lot easier on the hands, whereas some come with a plastic grip that’s not comfortable, The packaging it came in was nice and tidy

Simple yet good. The weights are in good increments. The resistance bands are sturdy and feel like good quality. The attachments are even better. They are well built, comfortable and a perfect size. Given the weight variety, this allows for a very versatile work program. It even comes with a nice chart

Nice Quality Handles and Accessories, But…
The handles especially are almost worth the price of the set alone. They are high quality and don’t bend or crimp your hand in the nylon straps. My only complaint is the rather low resistance of the bands. Fortunately I have had many other sets of bands so I have plenty of bands I can stiffen up the resistance with. If you’re looking for heavy resistance from thick bands without having to add multiple bands, this may not be the set for you.

So far so good
I got these to get some variety in my work out routine. I normally use an X3-type system and get a great work out, however, it is sometimes awkward to change the bands quickly to maintain my heart rate. Enter these bands.At first, transitioning from one band, or set of bands, was slower than my other flat bands, but then I got the idea to put them all in the door stop strap and switch them out as needed. See the photo.I was hoping I could use these bands on the bar on which I use the flat bands. They aren’t designed for that. Too long. As such, you really can’t do much of an effective chest/pec movement that will get your chest pumped. Nor can you do an effective dead lift. So I still use the bar and flat band for the dead lift and Push-ups for the chest. You can do Flys with these bands, but it’s difficult to maintain steady resistance.You can do squats, but I can’t due to a bum knee. Instead, I do an Asian “horse stance” 3x for 30-35 seconds each time. Great isometric exercise.Other than those two exercises, you can do pretty much everything else to get a great workout.The bands are well made, the stitching is double, making it secure, the door stop is extra large so it won’t detach from the door. Just make sure you use it in such a way that when you stretch the bands, the pressure is pulling the door closed.All in all, I’m pleased with the set. So far, 5 stars. If anything changes, I’ll update

Upgrading my home gym
I purchased 2 sets of these for my home gym. So far they are working great – specially for the price.I have several band hooks on the wall and I used the extra ankle and door straps to protect the bands so that I can double them over and not worry about the hooks splitting them.

these are awesome to use, for me i have major back issues and these donât put a strain on the back in any way, once you find the resistance kg best for you, you can feel it working, and over time will see the results, if your not like me and no issues these go along side your weights to build strength, obv resistance kg is different to weight kg but they will help shape the muscle and genuinely will help your work outs, these are quality and worth every penny

They’re good for regular workouts or rehab, or even both. I initially bought a set for rehabbing a nagging shoulder injury. I ended up liking it rather a lot and bought a second set. I now have them rigged for easy switching between exercises. The price is reasonable and so far they stand up well to vigorous use. The included chart is quite handy.

A great little resistance elastic set. I bought one for travel 10 years ago, and it finally wore out, so I went with this one! The elastics and accessories work great! The nice thing about elastics, is they are cheap, light, you can take them anywhere, and are very versatile. They won’t last forever like iron weights will, but when you have to move, or go on vacation, you’ll be grateful when you do. Not a perfect set, but you can always order more elastics, or accessories, if you need to, at little extra cost.
