Surprisingly Effective and Affordable
I was hesitant to try these at first because they were so inexpensive compared to the ones my surgery center recommended. But I figured, why not give them a shot? Iâm so glad I did! They go down easily, donât upset my stomach (as long as I take them with food), and most importantlyâmy lab results have been perfect every time. That tells me theyâre doing exactly what theyâre supposed to. Iâve been taking them consistently for three years now and couldnât be happier.The only drawback is they do have a bit of an aftertasteâbut honestly, thatâs pretty common with most vitamins. Still totally worth it for the quality and price.Highly recommend!

I mean they are vitamins, I obviously don’t feel much different, however I’m sure by not taking them I’d probably feel like crap eventually. The taste and smell of the pill isn’t super pleasant, but it’s a bunch of vitamins, so it’s to be expected. Still tho, 90 for the price isn’t so bad, and the amount of vitamins it provides compared to other brands I’ve bought, this one is very great honestly.

Getting back on track after 12 years post-op
Iâm 12 years out of surgery and, like many of us, I got a little complacent about taking vitamins regularly. Decided it was time to get serious again and started taking these. So far, theyâve been easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I feel like Iâm finally getting some much-needed nutrients back into my system.Iâll have to wait for my next round of bloodwork to see the full impact, but for now, Iâm feeling hopeful and a bit more energized.
