Awesome Dumbbells at a great price…
What makes these particularly useful is they are rare being they are between two standards weights, such as 17.5lbs and 22.5lbs. These are hard to find, as it is hard to jump 5lbs on some exercises. The best quality, please do not pay attention to any smell, they are perfect !!!! 🙂

Functionality fine, but stinky!
Functionally, these dumbells are exactly as expected and the quality is fine. Howeverâ¦they stink to high heaven of whatever chemical is used in the rubberized coating. I washed them with Dawn dishwashing detergent twice to get the grease off the grips and the smell out of the rubber part, but the stink is still there. If the black ends rub against your clothes or body, the smell will linger until after you wash. I was told this smell will disappear over timeâ¦but itâs been a month and itâs still there! Oh, and I even tried airing them out outside!

I love these weights because they are right in between 2 and 3 pound weights. I teach older adults and we need to progress slowly when going up in weights and these are perfect!
