The material it is made from is not so sturdy its like a tough foam. Over time with use there is a very good chance it may break.The heat doesnât seem very hot it takes a long time for you to feel it and by the time you do the 15 minute automated session ends.Conclusion. Gets the job done but definitely needs a better sturdy material.
