I love these…. Easy to use, no issues. If the band breaks I’m not sure what I’ll do but for now they are perfect.

Easy to use micro weights
I’ve added these fractional plates to both dumbbells and barbells at my gym and have had no issues getting them on and off. The metal they’re made of seems to be pretty solid. These are less expensive than some of the more popular brands of fractional plates, but, let’s face it, at $12/pound, there’s no doubt they’re still pricey.

Easy add on weights
These work perfectly with all of my dumbbells. I have a combination of metal and rubber, and they work with both. They are a great alternative for when you want to go up in weight but not ready for a 2.5- or 5-pound increase.

I love them. Steps up progression more slowly which, on exercise like lat raises, is super helpful. They do sort of press against your hands when theyâre clipped to the dumbbells. I donât think this can be avoided but thatâs the only reason I went with four instead of five stars

Broke within 6 months
I loved this products at first. Super convenient to add to your dumbbells, until they broke right in my hands. As I was opening the 1.25lb weight to add to my dumbbell, the force of the rubber band snapped a piece of the weight off. Now they are completely useless. Iâd recommend finding a similar item or different brand.
