This facial steamer is so easy to use and the perfect size. The quality is excellent, and it functions perfectly. There is a nice steady flow of steam. I use it every night when I wash my face. It also helps with my dry eyes. An added plus is that is very cute!

This little steamer is adorable and works great! My kids have named her Rosita (apparently after the mama pig in Sing…), and she graces my bathroom counter ready at any given moment to pamper my skin!The steam output is amazing, and I love the light/color option on this one. Itâs the only steamer I could find that had the lights, and that was important to me as Iâm a huge believer in color therapy.The stream of steam is gentle but strong enough to reach your face without needing to hunch over it, so I can turn it on and let it steam while I brush my teeth or do my morning skin routine.Use distilled water. The steam does smell a little âoff,â but the customer service rep explained that this is an ozone generator built into the unit. The water reservoir holds A LOT. My daughter and I both used this while we cleansed and applied masque, and we only used half the water, so Iâm impressed!Definitely having fun with this, and I really appreciate the customer service rep Mia who was incredibly helpful when I had some issues. Everything is resolved, and I love my little astronaut Rosita!

I like the product; however, it is poorly made. The buttons for the steam and light functions tend to get stuck, so I have to fidget with them to make them work. That said, the steam function itself works fine, and the heat level is comfortable as long as you follow the recommended distance.I also noticed a bit of water leakage, which is disappointing but somewhat expected given the build quality. Unfortunately, I canât overlook the fact that a piece has already broken off. This happened within a week of use,1 time by just one person (me), as I purchased it on December 12.Overall, I would have given it five stars because the core functionality is decent, but the quality issuesâsticking buttons, a broken piece, and water leakageâare concerning. I expected something more durable.â
