So happy with this purchase! My only complaint is that the setup instructions could definitely be clearer Iâve put a lot of things together & never read assembly instructions that were presented the way this itemâs were.Anyways! Took maybe an hour to assemble (realized after I took the photo that I installed the pedals backwards, easy enough to fix). Itâs a little janky, some of the screws seem to be made of a softer material so they can become stripped by your drill bit easily. But it came together nicely nevertheless. My gym only has two stair climbers which prompted this purchase- soooo glad I did it! I just used it for the first time & ð®âð¨ð®âð¨ð®âð¨ð®âð¨ within the first 9 minutes I was dripping sweat, calves quads & hamstrings on fire- with no resistance! I finished out 15 minutes & folded it & tucked it into my closet (as seen in photo). Easily folds, doesnât take up a lot of room! Weighs around 35 lbs so itâs a little clunky to move but not particularly difficult.Highly recommend this item

Great control cardio workout
This is a light weight and easy workout cardio targetting the lower body. This machine requires you to have control over your steps since it doesnt have any springs. The strings at the back of the steps function as a lever to help assist the transition of the steps to go up and down. Not a spring cushion that would help you automatically pull a step up.I personally think this is much better so you can learn how to slowly pull a step down and up. Those little movements actually help you burn more calories.30 mins cardio on your lower body helps start your day!

Sturdy and a good for the price
I am able to work up a good burn from using this equipment. I just wish it came with some sort of additional resistance as well. Much easier on my knees and arches than running

Very good workout for the price
I think I’m about 20,000 steps in on this thing, over the last 5 months or so. I’m up to about 30 minutes at a time. There’s no signs of wear or squeaking/etc.. I’ve been playing video games while exercising, it works very well for me. I’ve always thought cardio was very boring until I got this. The machine feels stable to use too.The only issue I had was sweat getting onto the computer. I recommend putting it in a plastic bag, it really does NOT take much moisture at all to get in there and ruin it, it happened to me once already.I might be running this with rather high tension, because whenever I try a new, longer workout session, I get some knee / leg soreness at first, but it seems like it goes away after I do a few sessions. I was concerned that this machine was doing some weird motions that were hurting my legs, but I don’t think that’s the case anymore. The range of motion is good, it feels about as good as those large stair masters at the gym that wouldn’t fit in the space I have. The only other complaint I have is, it would have been nice if the handlebars were a different shape, but my use case might be a little weird because I lean on them.

3/5 for now
I wanted to take my cardio equipment up a notch, and i used to love(hate) running stairs when i was at my peak cardio performance. obviously an expensive stair climber would be what i want, but price and space dont allow a purchase like that currently so i rolled the dice on this.Assembly was pretty simple, it did not take me long to put together and all pieces were included first time.It works, my cardio has been lacking a lot the last couple years as has my leg routine due to various circumstances, 5-10 minutes on a fairly low setting gets my quads feeling good and my heart rate up into a good burn zone. i am a person who struggles to do things at a lower intensity, so i think i average around 50 steps a minute or so just for example of intensity.the foot rests are good, the handles are good, it honestly looks kind of flimsy but is pretty solid. i have bought some workout equipment from amazon that looks good in their pictures, then you get it and its itty bitty and honestly kind of flimsy( i personally try to stay away from products with what appear to be “gibberish” names, that seems to be a cheap drop shipping giveaway). My one gripe, and why this item is not getting 5 stars is this: after around a week of use, only 10 minutes a sessions or so, i heard a weird clicking when my right foot would be going down. after investigating i found that at the base (see picture) where a long bolt slides through the length of the base, threading into one side, was backing out on the right side. i took my allens and tightened it down after completing the workout and came back the next day. i heard the noise again, but i was close to being done so i decided to not pause and tighten it after the workout. what i noticed was, the “computer” or monitor stopped counting steps, and was not incrementing time. i am assuming this is where the magentic stuff is that counts work being done, so it just doesn’t run continously. ive tightened this down multiple times and it keeps happening. with items like this, hardware usually isnt the best quality so i am worried about rounding the head off of the bolt and honestly i shouldn’t have to re-tighten pieces every 10-15 minutes. my next step is to put some loctite on the threads after backing the bolt all the way out to make sure it stays put. if that works i will bump it up to a 4, and hope if i ever get rid of it i won’t be the one responsible for taking it apart

Great little stair stepper!
I love this stepper! I’m 5’7″ and 230 lbs and this stepper works great. I’m in my mid 50’s and have lots of issues with my knees. With my metabolism coming to a screeching halt and lots of knee pain, I am overweight. Even though it’s a little hard for me while using this machine, the resistance is adjustable and it is helping strengthen the muscles around my knees. I can tell it’s helping me, when I have to climb stairs. Plus it doesn’t take up much space. I think it’s a great product and I’m glad I bought it. I have been using it for a couple months, and everything is working fine.

this is very good climber . . . it gives deep steps which simulate a hiking-climbing workout . . . its made in such a way that you have to fully push down on each down-step . . . I suppose if you loosen the tension then it may go faster . . . I’m 52 suffering severe emotional trauma, clinical depression and severe agoraphobia for 11 years . . . I was always slender but 2-3 years ago all my meds caught up with me . . . resulting in a gain of over 40 pounds by end-2017 . . . I’m not so fit at this time . . . but this Climber is ideal for maintaining stamina, strength & balance . . . and when I do 5 minute spurts it feels kind of aerobic . . . The ideal would be for me to do 3 five-minute spurts within 40 minutes . . . the climber appears very well built & sturdy . . . it doesn’t take much space . . . and its not expensive at all . . . I do recommend it . . . but if you’re very fit with lots of physical activity then it may be too simplistic for you.

Great little piece of kit, easy to assemble (though there was a nut missing but it was easy to replace at my local hardware store) and takes up very little space when folded up. I keep mine behind a door and whip it out when I fancy a quick work out, the little computer is basic but good and it does give you a really good workout. The only things I would advise you about is it makes a bit of a wooshing sound when you’re on it so if you’re an early bird with downstairs neighbours you might want to pop it above an unpopulated space, and the other thing is you do need to lubricate the pistons, I just use a little oil that I use to lube my bike chain and that keeps it runnign smoothly.Happy stepping!

El rango de extensión es muy bajo, si pasas. La media hora de uso comienza a hacer Ruidos. no la devuelvo. Por qué Amazon no cubre los gastos. no la recomiendo. Hay opciones más económicas.
