Great heavy duty chirp wheel!
Better than I initially thought, this really stretches out your back and can be used in many ways. It’s definitely heavy duty, and I wouldn’t be afraid of it breaking even with a much heavier weight. It’s important to be careful with these and have conscious movement and control so as to not hurt yourself, especially with this it really gets in between the shoulder blades and can provide superior pressure and relief compared to my other back roller that is super wide. The cover is a very thick hard foam material that doesn’t budge much. I’ve been wearing a sweater while using it, and someone who’s also bony might want and additional layer to provide protection and comfort. It can be used to gently bend over and stretch, or to fully support and roll through the vertebrae. It was much smaller than I thought from the photos, but it definitely works and is pretty easy to store away. Plus it looks cool, very similar to a tire with a rim, and I like the teal blue color. It’s definitely been helpful in relieving my back, I have degenerative disc disease and I have to be very careful but this provides a good sturdy and sufficient option. Pretty comparable to other chirps, but definitely heavier duty with the full center support, decent value.

I’ve used this for over a month and it’s held up great. The design makes it so much stronger than the chirp wheel. Don’t waste money on those. I bought two chirp wheels and they broke the same way.Although the chirp wheel padding is softer and feels better and the 10″ size is a plus for the chirp wheel. If they made this wheel 1 inch bigger and upgraded the foam it would be 5/5. Buy this type of wheel over the chirp ones.Tip: Take your broken chirp wheel’s padding and DIY it over this wheels padding.
