Keeps your back in place
This is a we wonderful brace. Very Supportive and comfortable. Great back support and allows you to move without feeling as if you have metal in your back. I am 133 lbs and 5 foot 2. I purchased the Medium to Large. Fits perfectly around my bulky pajama, however my suggestion would be to size up. As others stated better to size up. The sizing is not accurate. It’s of great quality. I am post op due to Spinal fusion and laminectomy. Thank you

Helps my poor aching back
This is exactly what was recommended to help support my back and relieve pressure on my back. Comfortable to wear. Easy to adjust loosen of tighten as needed. Compact can be stored easily. Works very well would recommend this product to anyone who has back issues or needs support in maintaining correct posture.

I love this brace, but â¦
I had back surgery and was in a hard brace for 4 months. After that my doctor suggested a brace such as this one. I bought it in November and started wearing it at the end of January, 2024. I wear it every day and I am still wearing it and planning to wear until August. Love the brace, easy to put on, easy to adjust and does exactly what you want it to do ⦠but ⦠it is stretched out. It started stretching out in March and I thought I was adjusting it wrong, but it kept stretching out. I really need a new one but not sure I should order this one again ⦠Disappointed in its lifespan.

I have bought several different back braces. The others were all plastic stays. The last one I got they were so long they would catch on a seat when I sat down because the bottoms were bent out going over my back side. It went from my shoulder blades all the way down to my buttocks. Obviously way too long. Also you would sweat tremendously under it which gave me a rash on my back when I would cut and split wood or do any hard work. That test with this one I have not yet done but will be soon. Although I have worn this for a few hours at a time going downtown and did not notice any sweat under it so I believe it is breathable. That is needed in a back brace. This item has aluminum stays that are a proper length, it is extremely stiff and greatly supports your back. I wore it for two days and decided to order a second one. I will use one for doing my dirty work around the house and the second I will use when I go out. If you’re looking for a good quality back brace, this is it. Be sure to measure around your belly button like they tell you to, because their sizes are accurate. I’m a big guy and had to get the largest 2x. It’s great. You immediately notice the difference when you take it off. It helps greatly with back pain allowing me to do a lot more while wearing it. I was not paid for this review nor do I know the sellers. This is a high quality back brace in my opinion. Yes I’ve now only had it a few days but I think this one will last the way it’s made.

Super comfortable and super stretchy so maybe size down if you are midpoint or lower in the size.
This is super comfortable. I measured at 47 inches at my bellybutton and ordered the XL. At the tightest I could get the velcro closure, it wasn’t as snug as I’d like it. So, I’m returning it for a size Large in a similar item by the same manufacturer. If you measure around 47 inches at your belly, I’d recommend you get the Large instead of the XL.

I’ll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn’t attach it:The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on.It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven’t decided if I’m breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time.I’m HOPING it stands the test of time, I’ve had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I’ll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it.I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don’t recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I just wanted to put that out there.I have not tried this under my shirt, I will be doing so soon and I will put a specific update on this review, because it’s important for me, so maybe someone else might want that info before they buy.YES it DOES say this in the instructions, but this is hand wash only, no soap or other chemicals (to be perfectly honest, I’ll probably just spot clean if needed, I work with raw meat so if I get something gross on it, spot clean is going to be the way to go.)I have really, really bad lower back pain 100% of the time because of arthritis. 2 minutes after putting the brace on, I was already feeling relief. That’s a really good sign for me.I don’t know if this part will be of any use, but this brace is also really easy to put on someone else if they are not able to do it themselves. It doesn’t shift a bunch as you are moving and the overall design just makes it extremely easy to take on and off, I figured I would add that in there just in case.Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, I’ve already told my husband that he needs one, as well as my brother and father (yes, bad backs run in the family)If you are looking for a quality product at what I consider to be a great price, I really do highly recommend this back brace.
