Wonderful product but beware at the beginning
Let me start by saying this is a wonderful product that delivers very apparent results. Thereâs no guess work about it taking this your digestive health regularity, and sense of well-being is going to be profoundly different for the better.
That said do not be like me I wasnât used to taking probiotics and I started taking them every day and I had a horrific couple of days long digestive nightmare, tons of gas and Iâm ashamed to say it but accidents while I was asleep if you catch my meaning. Start off with one like every three days until your digestive system is adjusted to it.

I love this Probiotic
I am so happy and relieved with this product. For years I have had regularity issues. I had to take a product with Senna two times a week for years in order to go to the bathroom. My body became so dependent on it that I couldn’t go without taking it. When I found out that Senna was not healthy to take this often, I started to experiment with probiotics, powders, you name it.
