Sleep Like a Baby
I have been struggling with sleep for years now. My doctor finally prescribed Ambien, and I don’t like taking that all the time. I stayed at a friends house and she was taking this, and swears by it. I took it and 45-minutes later if not sooner I was out. I purchased the double pack and have been taking it for a week, and sleeping like a baby. I highly recommend this.

Great Short Term Solution
Supposedly this stuff is non-habit forming and while that may be true for some, I have found itâs easy to lean on this product a little too often. Drink coffee a little too late in the day? This works. Prescribed a stimulant and need to sleep? This works. Stressed out and just canât sleep? This works. BUT keep in mind it is a histamine-suppressor, which means itâs suppressing your immune response while you snooze. This isnât a beneficial habit to keep so this product works best when you use it occasionally and not every night. Iâve noticed grogginess in the mornings that lasts until I get moving and it quickly wears off. Iâve also noticed more lucid dreams while using the product as well. Overall, I continue to purchase it to try and balance out my stress ball lifestyle but I refrain from using it daily. Tastes ok, kind of like Aperol and cherries.
