Great Flavor, Solid Energy Boost, and Affordable!
My husband and I have been using Six Star Pre-Workout for about a year or so now, and it has quickly become our go-to pre-workout. My husband is a gym rat – 6’3″ and 215lbs – and works out every single day, sometimes twice a day. He takes pre-workout before every session, and I also prefer to take it when I workout, although not as often as he does. Because of this, we go through pre-workout quickly, and finding an affordable option that delivers results without sacrificing taste has been a challenge.
We used to take C4 and other popular brands, but the prices have become increasingly expensive over the past few years. We tried several cheaper alternatives, but most had terrible flavors that we couldnât stomach for long. I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can’t say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don’t take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you’re sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I’m using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Yeah, good tasting pre-workout and decent efficacy too! It’s not the most amazing PWO I’ve ever taken, but at its price it gets the job done. Enough caffeine for my personal preference.
