If you want to sleep these pills will do. They are affordable and will put you to sleep. 123 pow asleep. These pills are effective and affordable. They will help you fall asleep, but be aware that you might feel drowsy after waking up. I’ve read that prolonged use may lead to dementia, but it’s unclear how many years of misuse it would take to reach that point. So, please use them cautiously and only as needed. Very Effective
The HealthA2Z Sleep Aid softgels deliver impressive results without the premium price tag. These diphenhydramine-based softgels work just as effectively as the name-brand alternatives I’ve tried.
I found they helped me fall asleep within about 30 minutes and didn’t leave me with the groggy “hangover” effect the next morning that some sleep aids cause. The softgel format makes them easy to swallow compared to tablets.

Gentle with no noticeable bad side effects (except sedation!). Same active ingredient as Benadryl or Unisom: Diphenhydramine. So be careful driving or operating machinery after taking Sleep Aid. Great aid but leaves you with dry mouth
Itâs a good sleep aid. For some reason when I buy the store versions of this it doesnât work but for some reason these do. I hate how it leaves me with a dry mouth after taking it though.

Slept through night
This product blew my mind. I’ve tried over 10 products and this is the only one that’s worked. It keeps me apseep. I sleep through the night and sleep longer. Did not wake up. And! No/minimal groggy/sleep hanger. I love these. It also definitely puts you to sleep. Within 30 mins, i cant keep my eyes open. Fyi: Melatonin doesn’t work for me.

Better than unisom!
Works just like Unisom! Does the job at a fraction of the price! It’s a way bigger bottle compared to what I was buying before. Super safe, non addictive. I even let my teenage daughter take it occasionally. Definitely recommend this as an alternative to unisom!
