Worth the money
I was looking for a cleanable surface. My prior mat was somewhat porous and it was impossible to get dust and pet hair out of. This one was the largest one I could find for my space and literally fits like a glove on the width. I have the gym flooring on top of the tile in the room and itâs the perfect surface for all of my workouts. Very happy. There was no smell and getting the roll out of the ends was easy. It comes with some straps if you want to store it rolled up. It also had a storage sleeve if you really wanted to protect it during storage. Iâm leaving mine out so I just tossed it.

Excellent mat!
I needed to buy something to protect my tile floor from my stage Pole. Perfect thickness and stage is not slipping. Not cheap but you get what you pay for it was well worth it! I like that a pair of wrist stability gloves came with it, very nice gloves. Mat is portable if you wanted to roll it up it comes with straps. Not too heavy. This mat is perfect I love it! Buy it!

Professional looking and sturdy
This thing is a beauty! It took a while to find this specific size that fits our space and that fits my husband and I while working out or stretching at the same time. It came nicely rolled and protected with a long plastic bag and inside a really nice reusable bag with a closure, it also came with a set of weight lifting gloves so nice surprise! It rolled out nice and flat, no weird smell and no creases. It smelled new but that’s not a problem. It went away after a couple of days. It’s not that thick though so if you’re expecting it to be your giant yoga mat you might still need to get something else, which we have anyway. I’m happy that our workout space looks professional and also the price was high enough that it’ll make me work out so I don’t feel guilty about the expense ð¤£. All in all, I definitely recommend it.

Good, but
It’s slippery. And oily. I don’t know why. I think the “non-slip coating” is what’s making it oily and slippery, ironically. I got it for tai chi, and at first I didn’t like my feet sliding around, but then I realized it’s actually helpful some of the time. Anyways, I’m hoping the oiliness and slipperyness goes away eventually. Also, it smells weird. Good buy, otherwise. I got a gorilla grip rug pad gripper to go underneath, so it’s nice and soft.

Great mat
Perfect for my needs. This mat is walkable with shoes and so far is holding up well with three dogs that frequent the area. Lays flat after a day, prior to laying flat has just a little curve on ends.
I was originally concerned that this mat did not have a beveled edge and that vacuuming would rip apart the edges. This is not a problem, the mat is not thick enough to require a beveled edge for a vacuum to run over it.

Updated 2 months later: the top is already fraying. We have two adults use it daily for a total time of only 1 hour per day. Suboptimal quality for the price.
Weâre really happy we upgraded and purchased a larger mat. We can do Apple Fitness on it easily- strength training, core, dance, kickboxing, and yoga. It was a little slippery for yoga at first, but after a week, the slick surface dissipated. The smell out of the package was very, very strong. I was really trying to find a non-toxic mat, but this is so hard to find, especially in larger mat sizes. I canât imagine the chemicals used to make this even though it says non-toxic and meeting specific certifications. We opened all of the windows in our home to air it out whenever possible for one week and the off gassing smell decreased tremendously afterwards.

Bought this to use in my garage, which has a concrete floor as wanted something decent and non-slip and at least 6 x 4 in size.
Used it for 6 low impact (no jumping) sessions so far and itâs been really good. Hasnât moved once and seems pretty robust.
At first was concerned that the 7mm thickness would be too thin but on reflection itâs fine, even done a few ab exercises on it and although can feel the stone floor a bit the mat does provide a reasonable level of cushioning.
Mat feels and looks good quality. Whether itâs worth £125? Well time will tell, but so far so good and I would recommend it if you have the budget to cover it.

This mat is probably as good as it gets for home use. Definitely can use trainers / gym shoes on it without ripping. If you sweat a lot and it gets on the mat be aware that it becomes slippery. I do not sweat a lot but have tested it with some water. When it is “dry” it provides quite a lot of friction when wearing trainers so abrupt turns are not recommended. Thick enough to provide a reduction in noise / impact but still good for exercises that require a stable base (e.g. standing on one leg). It will still move gradually if laid on a carpet…I have carpet tiles and it follows the “grain” over time. Not a big deal really but just note that you have to reposition it every now and again on a carpet depending on type of exercise. It is just big enough (using diagonal) for exercises that require full leg stretching for me (6′). Indentations from heavy weights recover. Overall a recommendation even at this price, particularly if it motivates you to exercise at home when the gyms are closed or you do not have the time / money for a gym. I did four on-line classes yesterday ranging from HIIT to using full body stability ball on it so that is how it is working for me.

This is a really large mat, so instead of your feet being on and off of a small yoga-style mat, you can exercise completely on the mat. It doesn’t curl up when you unroll it from storage and is pretty comfortable. A bit pricey perhaps, but not excessive.
