Great massager!
I suffer from chronic back pains and this massager is a life saver, reliefs my lower back pain with its heat setting. Perfect power and setting levels of intensity and what directions is the massager can go and how fast. I Love that is portable I can put it on the couch or in my car because it has the plug in for the car, or my office chair and get my daily massage, without have to go and spend expensive massages somewhere else.

Strong massage but have to lie down
I really enjoy the massager for working the neck area. It heats up super quickly too. The motor isnât strong enough to sleep on it while massaging my lower back. 4 stars since you kind of have to lay flat since itâs loose. Otherwise itâs all powerful and easy to operate!

Relaxing!!
The massager came packaged extremely nice. My first impression was that it was much smaller than I expected. I personally need a deeper pressure and unfortunately this massager was unable to accommodate for my back areas. Bonus points, though on my legs it felt wonderful and release a lot of tension in my calves.
I did notice if I placed too much pressure on the cushion while it was running the motor would stop or bog down.
Overall, not a bad massager however, if you’re looking for power, this is not the massager for you but if you need something lighter, this is probably gonna work out great for you.

Marginal quality and performance
I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. Itâs slowly started to separate and thereâs no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didnât do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.
You canât even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.
I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but itâs also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but itâs almost like a wedge back pillow you canât really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.
I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.
Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you donât have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

Squeaky
Itâs a nice little gadget, and if you can get it positioned right, it provides some relief. Heat works. Unfortunately one side is very squeaky – to the point of being distracting. It squeaked from the first use and hasnât improved with time.
Update: based on my review, the seller reached out and offered an agreeable solution by offering to replace the defective object. I received replacement item in a timely manner. New item works just fine. Customer service was excellent. Updated to four stars.
