I have noticed since taking these i have a little bit more energy. The taste isn’t bad and they are easy to swallow. The quality of this pill is good. I would say they are effective and help with my immune system. I will buy these again.

It is a ground Cinamon bark in a capsule… not much to say. I take one every day to combat the after taste of fish oil I take. Both are in capsules… I believe in Omega 3 benefits and take it daily. Have not noticed any signs of lost youth returning, but do not feel much older neither. At 60+ one should care such details like staying healthy and fit.
