awsone for my home gym!
I’ve had this JELENS power cage for a whiel, and honestly, I’m really impressed. I wanted something sturdy for doing heavier squats and bench presses at home, and this rack does the job perfectly. The pulley system works smooth!What surprised me the most was how quiet it isâmy previous setup was a bit noisy, and I workout early, so not waking up the rest of the house is great. It doesn’t take much space either, fits nicely into my living room without crowding everything.Also, the attachments that came with it are great, especially the lat pull-down bar and the T-bar, which I’ve started using regularly. Honestly didn’t think I’d use them much, but now they’re part of every workout.

For the price I think is more then Expected has a lot of great necessary parts that are enough for a beginnerThe metal is not too thick so I wouldnât putt too much weigh and the hangers for the bar feel a bit weakOverall all is doable and gets the job done
