Tastes good, helps my healthy path
I have started taking this product just recently, using it as a new morning boost, to replace my usual breakfast routine and I am really liking it! It’s fast to prepare, it tastes good, it contains good fibers all in one go, and keeps me with a feeling of full stomach till my lunch, which happens to be helpful for my current dieting purposes.I ordered the small single sized format, to taste it and test it. Good flavor, gel? Probiotics?
At first I really liked this. It seemed to mix right into the water and I really liked the flavor honestly!! But as I drank every now and then the straw would clog a little. I figured it just wasnât mixed up fully, so I shook it around and swirled it. Drank more, another clog. Blew bubbles through the straw to aerate/mix that way. Then I couldnât seem to get anything without a clog unless I was at the very top of the water (which only worked until it didnâtâ¦). When I opened the cup to stir with a spoon I saw why (see pictures) – pretty gross. It became like a gel like substance. Iâm sure it would have been fine to drink, but the texture bothered me. Too thick for a drink.As far as effectivenessâ¦.i definitely seemed cleaned out the next morning (ð¬), though Iâm unsure how much of this I actually got with the gel thing happening – so could have just been something I ate too. Iâm not sure.Soâ¦overall? If this is how it works all the timeâ¦not a fan. If I just got a bad batch or did something wrong (or maybe thatâs just probiotics – because come to think of it – it did actually look a little like kombucha) – then the flavor was great and it seemed to work good.
