Does the job. I assume basic means not terribly cushy foam. Thatâs OK, because if you use a roller correctly, itâs going to hurt. This one does not baby your fascia. Gets right down to business. I was worried it would Not me wide enough, but, I can roll my back on it, and it covers me just fine. Recommended.

No instructions, no info on company website
The product page for the Basic Bumpy says it includes a 20 page instruction manual. I could not find that on the site the product insert directed me to. If you go to the Rumble Roller website, it’s as if the Basic Bumpy does not exist. I am going to keep this since it was low cost, but if you really care about having a Rumble Roller, get a standard one with all the same teeth. This Basic Bumpy looks like a generic roller that is being marketed under the Rumble Roller name as a complete afterthought.
