Works but caused extreme swelling in my face
Works. But I had a hugeeee side effect that I’m just now linking to this. My face has swelled up so much and won’t go down. I noticed last week that my face was really puffy but I just thought it was from not drinking enough water. Well week 2 of using this and my face is so puffy and round it’s crazy. I was really struggling with sleeplessness for like a month so this really was a life saver but I’m going to stop using because the way my face has changed is crazy. Also I can feel the swell. It’s kinda hard to open my eyes and moving my face feels really weird

Same as other brands just lower price!
Same as others you can buy just about 2 bucks less than Walmart brand and dollar general! So we decided to give it a try! Locked in 5.02 on auto delivery! It does contain alcohol just so you aware. I think it makes it work better but not all brands use it. I attached a photo comparing to dollar general bottle which the two pack there is 11.95 in TN

Don’t take it after eating.
This product has an excellent taste and a satisfying thickness, which I really appreciate. I’m now halfway through the bottle, and I can confidently say I noticed a significant difference when I took it on an almost empty stomach. I’ve realized that taking it after eating doesn’t yield the same results. For me, the best approach is to avoid eating anything for at least four hours before bed. Initially, I didn’t notice any effects, but last night, April 18th, 2025, it really kicked in. I consistently take about 32 ml each night, and while I’m nearing the end of the bottle, I’m contemplating trying something different. I’m looking for something that will help me achieve a truly deep sleep.
