I own a number of knee braces, as I have needed extra support in my right knee for the better part of three decades. We were staying at a rental for a few weeks, and it had a lot of stairs. We moved to a house without stairs 5 years ago, so we didn’t have to deal with them, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. My knee was throbbing after the first day, so I tried this brace for some extra support, and it helped. It’s better than the ones I own that don’t have the extra side support or the additional straps to tighten around the knee when needed. Overall, I found it to be very helpful and also very reasonably priced when compared to some of the other ones I own.
