Exactly what I needed.
TL;DR- mom lost 35lbs has 10-15 to go and wanted a pill that worked similar to Phentermine script. Would recommend as comparable appetite suppressant. Great tool.I am a mom of 3 kids ages 5 and under. Understandably I gained some stubborn weight. Prepregnancy I was a twig, 105lbs and wore a 00 pant size (guys, that’s somewhere around 24-26” hip size. Women’s jeans are weird) after 3 pregnancies and births within 6 years, I was up to 170lbs and wearing a size 11 pant. I jumped 7 pant sizes. It was awful. I stand at 5’3” so that weight REALLY looked bad. I was miserable with myself. I have body dysmorphia, which made it worse, and NONE of my efforts were paying off. No workout or diet was giving me any results. I couldn’t get enough water. Drank too much soda.I went to my doctor and had my bloods done. Came back healthy as a horse. She offered me a script for Phentermine. For those unfamiliar, this is an appetite suppressant and mild energy booster. I gave it a shot. This was at the end of January.Now, beginning of April, I have dropped 35lbs thanks to the assistance of that pill. It helped me limit my calories, crave water, reduce soda (from 6+ daily to a half can in the morning) and it motivated me to keep working.However, Phentermine is meant to be temporary. 6 months maximum. I have been on it two months and decided to see if I could find a more natural replacement that had similar affects on my appetite.I am very familiar with how Phentermine affects me. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in. I have my soda and pill in the morning. Have fruit at lunch and big, healthy meal at (Early) dinner (intermittent fasting style 16:8). I don’t get an energy spurt but I don’t really care. That’s not why I was on it anyway.I took these green tea pills (bottle says two in the morning on an empty stomach) like I would my Phentermine. 30 minutes later it kicked in. Just like Phentermine. I’ve had my Apple. I’ve been craving water. While I’d say the effects aren’t *as* strong as my prescription appetite suppressant, I WOULD say this is a VERY comparable alternative. I’m really really pleased with how it’s working. This is not a cure all, it’s a tool to use. Pair this with lowering your calories and choosing better foods (my favorite switch is buying bakery fresh bread vs packaged. Way better. Just freeze it!) will definitely help you reach your goals so long as you have no underlying medical issues causing weight problems.

My body wouldn’t tell me I was starving itself until it started shutting down.
I really wanted to loves these, truly. They’re pretty easy to swallow and were part of my morning routine. These DID help me stay full and probably about the first week and a half, it helped cut my cravings AND gave me energy.BUT this is why I couldn’t take these anymore. I took them for almost 3 weeks. I missed about 3 or 4 days due to not feeling good, but it was in the last week that this started occurring. This seemed to “lower” my cravings BUT it got to the point where my body was not responding and telling me to eat. My stomach wasn’t growling, I wasn’t getting hungry and I don’t realize it until I actually eat some food and by then, I over ate and am bloated because of it. This was for the last few days of use. On the final day, I was still bloated but decided to take it anyways to see if it was the food I was eating instead. It was a busy day and I was not hungry all day, no stomach growls or anything and just drank plenty of water and juice. It isn’t until I’m in the middle of cooking that I start to sweat, shake, and basically feel like I am having a sudden panic attack. Mind you, I am anemic so I get shaky, lightheaded, dizzy and tachycardia, but it isn’t extreme unless I don’t eat food or my iron supplements and when I eat a snack or supplement, I’m good. I had to down 3 glasses of water, chips, iron supplements and rush to stand infront of the open fridge, shoving strawberries down my throat to calm down and cool down.My husband sat down with me on the couch to calm me down with water, chicken, peanut butter, and half a burger. An hour goes by, I feel better. Please note that in all this, I was not hungry. Nothing told me I was starving. This basically made my body NOT remind me to eat until it started to shut down and this had to be THE WORST episode I have ever had in my life. While a lot of the choices I made were not the best, it was due to this product inhibiting my body’s response to NOT eating that lead to all of this.This is extremely unsafe, for me and would just like to warn anyone that if they have issues with this that they should stop immediately. I don’t review things much and this is the first long review I have EVER written so please be aware of this if you still decide to take these.

The bottle said it is used to temporary promote alertness and wakefulness and to enhance cognitive performance! The seller then applied their own sticker on the bottle referring to it as Green Tea Weight loss pills/ belly fat burner , metabolism booster & appetite suppressant. This product is being sold under false pretenses by the seller and to top it off you can’t return it even in its original packaging . Don’t buy

Once a day pills great for reducing hunger and not feeling jittery. I would buy again.
