I bought these as part of my efforts to be healthier. My cholesterol was too high, so I decided to take a proactive approach. Along with my medication, Iâm hopeful that these will help me lower my cholesterol. Iâm not sure if theyâre working yet, but Iâll continue to take them. They are large, but I can swallow them easily.
