Excellent product!
I am an RN who has used many, as well as made my own ice packs. Recently sustained a knee injury and ordered this Vive ice pack/wrap. It is wonderful! Just put it in freezer, or put the 3 artic-flex ice packs in freezer. Wrap it around your knee, right or left, and it feels so good. You can walk around with it on and it stays in place- unlike others that roll down or don’t stay cold. This one is soft, flexible, and can be worn under clothes on skin, or over yoga pants. The velcro straps are stretchy and long enough to wrap around a larger thigh for hamstring area or swollen knee area or calf area. I like the compression that I can control depending on level of swelling or soreness I have. It is made well and I would definitely recommend this for cold therapy- oh and it can also be used for heat therapy! Excellent quality and value for the money. I will be purchasing more to be given as gifts!

So worth it!
This thing is legit a game changer. I just got a total knee replacement and I’m about a week past my surgery, so I’m icing a lot. This wrap gets all sides of my knee: front, top, and back. It’s so easy to get on by myself, and I love that it has 3 compartments for the ice bags to spread out the cold, or customize it if I’m not in the mood for all 3. A friend recommended this to me, and it’s legit a game changer. The ice packs for cold so fast and stayed cold for a while. I really wanted the pink one but it took longer to ship so I went with the one that was overnight. It’s very durable and the Velcro seems strong and sturdy. It’s a little bulky, but not so much that I have to worry about it walking around with crutches. My husband has also been in some pain just helping me around and wrapped it around his arms when I didn’t need it and it also worked great for that. 5/5 stars for sure!!!

Easy to use.
My wife recently had a full knee replacement, the hospital gave us a nice ice pack that last up to 4 hours, with one refill pack, but didn’t wrap completely around (top/bottom), so we needed extra ice packs. I ordered 2 sets of these, and she really likes them. They cover the knee and also under the knee, they last about 2 hours of staying cold. They’re easy to put on, but if the ice packs are frozen, they are a little struggle to put into the sleave, but once in place, they work very well. If you’ve had or getting ready to have knee surgery, I recommend getting these, at least 2 or ordering extra gel packs because you’re going to need to ice the knee as much as possible.

Essential for Post-Op Knee Replacement Recovery!!!
The recovery tool I wish I had for my previous full knee replacement! I have now had both knees fully replaced. My first recovery was good, and I diligently rotated ice treatments as directed, using reusable ice bags from the hospital and typicalgel packs wrapped in towels as we did for our kids’ sports injuries. After my 2nd full knee replacement my orthopedic surgeon emphasized being especially diligent about rotating ice to reduce swelling and promote healing, and suggested looking for a wraparound because behind the knee tissue is important, too. This knee wrap is OUTSTANDING! I have also purchased a gel replacement pack (comes with 3 packs) so I do 15 minutes on/off many times during the day and don’t have long stretches without icing. I am 3 weeks out from surgery and healing is going GREAT! My mobility is ahead of the norm, pain and swelling reduced, my doc was thrilled! This wrap has really changed my recovery experience – a game changer well worth the cost. I got the black with turquoise trim, which looks quite snazzy – my PT doc was super impressed and took down the info intending to purchase several for herself and her practice. Very durable so far, three weeks of daily heavy use and pack rotation to the freezer;Gel packs have a heavy-duty covering so no punctures or failures. Fits well, super adjustable with 4 straps which ensure a snug fit all around; one is longer for the thigh (which fits my plus-size thigh area). I use a 6” Ace bandage wrap or a 12” gentle compression sleeve underneath to ensure the right level of chill is hitting the surgical areas without over-chilling. Portable, stretchy, easy to use. LOVE THIS!!

I was worried about the fit and quality of this product when ordering, but both of them surpassed my expectations. No, it doesn’t stay cold for hours at a time, but the manufacturer also doesn’t control the laws of physics. However, it does stay cold sufficiently long enough to provide relief to my swollen knee (roughly an hour or so). As long as your expectations respect the laws of physics, this is a great buy.
