The water sensor started rusting after just one month of use
I don’t think this is supposed to happen and I’m not sure how to contact the seller :(UPDATE: I was able to reach the seller after posting the above review. They were able and willing to send me a new steamer and provided addition care and use instructions to prevent this from happening again. Great customer. I am appreciative.

The first time I ordered the product it was missing multiple parts. I sent it back and ordered another one and now none of the screws match the holes nor do they fit. The product isnât usable and not worth trying to replace for the third time. 0/10 product I would not recommend.

So Nice & Refreshing!
It was super easy to assemble and get going immediately. It carries 2 different water compartments for cold and hot water, and the tank it carries was more than enough to do my entire family’s facials with the amount of steam produced being perfect. Overall, this is an excellent product that met all my expectations.

My first impression was omg this look like a used item. After the set up, The item didnât turn on, I tried all the instructions written in the manual but nothing worked. Takes well over 5 minutes to heat up before it steams, the hot steam only lasts for 10 minutes before you have to refill it again, difficult to add water during a process without downtime and the water often spills during a refill process also, does the job but the quality is ok at best!

The head will not stay extended. It is very dangerous. It dropped while I was using it one day on a client and in my effort to catch it, I was severely burned by hot water as the water cup became loose. This is a very unsafe product.
