These foam rollers work perfectly for painting small projects, and they leave no streaks or lines once itâs dry. The foam does not get stuck when rolling on paint making it really easy to use. They also donât fall apart or rip when washing and reusing them. Iâve reused one of them about 2 times now, and it still works perfectly. The size, thickness and fit are what you would expect from a standard 4â foam paint roller. For a little under a dollar per foam cover, this is a great deal! Does not come with the actual metal roller included by the way.

Very smooth
These are great rollers. I was using the for an oil based paint on a countertop. Coppered hammer rust oleum . Not a good type of roller pad for this type of paint in large surfaces. I redid this 3 times after sanding it so I wouldnât suggest it for these types of projects with oil paint. They are very good quality. With water based paint itâs perfect. Iâve used these many times. They wash very nicely also. Just realize that you will need this type of roller not the regular you see in my last photo , for those that are first time painters.

Very good roller sleeves
I switched from using a good quality brush to using high density foam rollers for the cabinets I have been building.The finish is very even. It isn’t like a perfect sprayed finish, but it is much, much better than what I could get with a brush.From a short distance, the finish looks very smooth and even. Up very close, you can see the very small, tight pattern left by the roller.I am very pleased.

Great little rollers but do leave bubbles some
I am painting a solvent based marine urethane paint that is not real thick. These rollers are doing a great job. They will leave little bubbles in the finish but I am rolling and tipping anyway so that takes care of the bubbles. I don’t think they would do that with a thicker paint, especially latex. I’m happy with them. I got these to throw away after each coat so haven’t tried to clean them. I hate cleaning solvent based paint off of brushes or rollers. These are cheap enough I just toss them.They hold just the right amount of paint for the way I need to apply the paint. They work with the solvent paint and don’t fall apart. I’m sure I could clean them if I wanted but that would not be a good use of my time and the disposal of even more hazardous waste.
