    This journal is life changing. The best thing I’ve done for myself in years.
    I love this journal so much. It gives you all the tools to process anxieties that pop up throughout your life. There is some really fantastic information in the beginning that I keep coming back to: reframing negative thoughts, focusing on what you can and can’t control, self-care ideas, mindfulness and meditation prompts.Then there are the daily and weekly prompts and reflections, which allow you to regularly keep tabs on how things are going, and go back to the tools at the beginning as needed.

    Impeccably Structured Journal 100% totally recommend
    I am a person that needs structure and guidance; at first this looking at the pictures of this book it looks overwhelming… but I stuck to my gut and went outside of my comfort zone and went with this journal. To my amaze this journal gets me excited to write in the morning, it provides inspiration, affirmations, encouragement and wellbeing tools for you to use and practice. It’s short and sweet and easy to make your own too! It’s also super cute and I love the pages and flowers. Gives me something to color if I’m lost on words. 100% totally recommend.

    Great journal for beginners
    Being new to Journaling I found this format easy to flow into. Relecting on both the morning and the day as a whole. I also really enjoy looking back to the week in the reflection, it helps me clear what I no longer need and what I can bring into the weeks to follow. Definitely recommend to friends and any of you looking for a great journal.

    Good Content, but Poor Quality
    The content of the journal itself is good, but the craftsmanship of the book is shoddy. The paper is rough, the print is smudged (like how ink on newsprint rubs off onto adjacent pages), and the cover quickly wears out. Hopefully the book quality gets better because the prompts inside are actually helpful.
