Household Streamer
This product works excellent, it heats up fast and was super easy to use and put together. The size is just right for facial and hair streaming, wouldnât recommend for commercial use (if youâre looking for something big). I havenât used the aromatherapy feature yet but that is an excellent add for facial steaming. Great find â¤ï¸

Highly Recommend
This product came intact with all of its components. It came with the steamer , a spa headband, and pimple popper kit (which is a bonus âºï¸) . The steamer was easy to assemble and extremely easy to use. Be mindful that it does take approximately 10 minutes before steam is released, but it works really great. I use it mostly to steam my hair, but gradually found myself using it for my face. It leaves my hair and face very soft and moisturized. I would recommend this product.

Perfect Addition to My At-Home Spa!
I chose this product because I like how you can either lay down or sit while using the facial steamer.Pros:- The ozone feature is a nice touch. Really easy to turn the device and ozone on and off.- The maneuraverability of the handle is really nice. You can rotate the white opening 360 degrees vertically. And the transluscent stem can also be moved side to side.- Heats up quickly and I can easily do my 5-min facial steam either sitting down or laying down (usually for if I want to treat my boyfriend for a facial lol)- Aromatherapy pad is nice. I like adding a few drops of rosemary oil on the pad and sticking it into the slot. Really gives it that spa-like feel.- The safety panels are a great feature and I appreciate the handheld in the back if you need to move the device during operation. Great design here.Cons:- You can’t remove the water tank, making this hard to clean- I wish the company provided a care manual detailing how to properly clean the machine over time, rather than just advising to “empty after each use.”To clean it, hereâs what I do:1) If any dirt or hard water sits in it, I run it with a vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 2 parts distilled water) for about 5 minutes.2) I empty the vinegar solution and refill the water tank with distilled water, running the steamer for another 5-10 minutes to flush out any remaining vinegar.3) I rinse it a third time with distilled water to ensure no vinegar remains.4) Finally, I dry as much of the machine as I can with a paper towel.Overall, it works great and is designed thoughtfully. I use it regularly, about once a week, for my skincare routine. There are just a few improvements for machine upkeep that I think the seller could provide to help us use the product long-term.

Best Facial steamer!
Love everything about this facial steamer! Powerful and the arm is long enough I just turn on , it heats up fast, pushes a lot of steam out and I get a daily facial while I meditate, talk on the phone or even read! Tryin to save some money since inflation seems to be going up on a daily basis so I have eliminated my monthly facials at the salon and this thing has saved my face and my wallet! It costs less than 1 facial at the salon and works better! Donât hesitate get this thing before they sell out!

Great Steamer, However,
After 3 or 4 uses, the compartment for the essential oil pads was glued shut due to the plastic melting from the hot steam contact with the essential oil. It’s really unfortunate because overall it’s a great steamer offering the option to use essential oils for an aromatic experience. I would suggest to remove the plastic cover for the essential oil compartment which slides to open and close while using. Also, do NOT keep the steamer on for a lengthy time with essential oil pads in the stem of the steamer. Other than that, and the fact that the main body of the steamer could be taller, I really love this steamer. It works much better than many of its competitors

The heat wasnât too bad and it was pretty easy to use. Didnât really smell like anything. The size is perfect. What I was wanting has lasted very well so the durability is great. Performance was exactly what I was looking for.

Stopped working and became dangerous
This steamer worked great for the first 3 times I used it. I was able to get exactly 45 mins of constant steam when filled to the max line and this was perfect for my deep conditioning needs for my hair. Tonight however, I plugged it in, turned it on, & the lights kept flashing on and off intermediately. It kept bubbling but no steam. After 30 mins of trying, I gave up and turned it off. After maybe 30 more mins passed, I noticed the machine was still bubbling. I thought maybe I didn’t turn it off but it was. When I turned it back on, steam finally came out for 2 mins before all the lights went out again and the steam stopped. I’ve cut it off several times now and it continues to boil the water which is potentially dangerous if you walk away from it. I know there’s supposedly a built in function to turn it off but my device clearly isn’t working properly so I doubt that function is working properly either. I dont recommend for the money.

I’ve had this for a few months now. It’s a nice item to have for people who like to do spa treatments at home. I use this and follow up with my favorite exfoliation and masks from Lush.I love that you can lay down while using this instead of having to sit up at hold your face over it like some of the other steamers. The aromatherapy option is a great addition.I’m happy with my purchase. It arrived as described and works well so far.

Great product I use in my hair and face, comes with an adapter for the Austrália Power point outlet. Do not use tap water or mineral water on the machine only use Demineralized water that you can buy from supermarket.

One of my cats gets very congested and instead of putting him on medication or getting anti histamine shots all the time I tried this as it was recommended to Me a few times by different veterinarians and while doing a bit of research. It says steam can help improve congestion, runny nose, upper respiratory infections and more (although it may help you should still contact your veterinarian if your pet is ill in anyway this is just a great add on to help symptoms and prevent further problems. I used to try to use the regular type of steamers where it comes out the top and it was not easy to get my cat to stay there with me I’d have to hold him. This one is exactly what I needed the 360 degree nozzle is perfect for this.. now my cat can relax on my lap or wherever and just enjoy the steam. Just please please make sure to keep testing the steam to make sure they are far enough away this gets hot and make sure they don’t tip it over either because it’s boiling water. I’ve had no issues at all just benefits so far. Very happy with the design of this steamer
