Putting it all together
When the products arrived they came in 2 different boxes, on 2 different days. Each box had a tracking #, so don’t be alarmed if u only get 1 box at first. Everything came nicely packaged, no damage to the boxes as well. Upon opening it and inspecting the weights, I did notice a few scratches, nothing major. I also notice there was a sticky film on the weights, maybe it’s how it has to be packaged…again not a big issue. There wasn’t a strong odor neither.At first, as I was putting the base together I noticed that the bolt n nut didn’t exactly “fit”…I started to freak out and said omg they sent me the wrong parts….I went searching online looking at the reviews and some customers said they were given the incorrect Nuts and bolts, leading to the stand being wobbly. So i was like great, I got a bad batch. I’m a single mom and have minimal experience with tools….so I decided to go to a local home depot and I asked for help. It turns out the nuts and bolts were just fine, all I need were 2 items, which can be seen in the 2nd picture. A wrench to hold 1 end stead and the drill to tighten the other end and boom it worked. So no wobbly stand for me…..like othwr customers complained about. I was so happy…. Im pretty sure most of you guys knew that, but for those out there who have minimal tool experience, there’s a tip for you ð. The instructions don’t say anything about using tools. It’s just a picture and screws,bolts, n nuts…which makes it seem like u can do it by hand, no tools needed. Anywho, the end product turned out great and the dumbell set is awesome. I would definitely recommend to a friend ð§¡

Good household dumbbell set.
The dumbbells seem like quality items ideally suited for home use. The stand had no assembly directions, but was nonetheless easy to figure out and assemble. The only things that weâre not completely satisfied with is that the dumbbells have an oil on them as delivered that is not immediately visible and somewhat difficult to clean off. The other item is that on the stand, there are plastic guides that the dumbbells rest on. These guides are held on by small push in plastic pins. Several were broken off when the stand arrived. The result is that the guide wants to pull off when you grab the dumbbell, and doesnât always slide back in place when you return it. Overall though, these are minor complaints, and we are very pleased with the product.

Worth the buy
This is a great weight set. And the customer service is fantastic. The company tells you on the listing that due to the weight of the set that it ships in 3 separate packages. As soon as your order is placed the company reaches out to you with updated shipping information for all 3 packages. The first item that arrived for me was the stand. When I went to assemble it there was an issue with the bolts that came with. They were too small. There was also an issue with the little clips that hold the covers on the stand. Some were broken but I think that happened during shipping. I did reach out to the company and they immediately sent a replacement. The next package I received was the first set of weights, the 5s and 15s. Those arrived perfectly. The last package was the remaining weights, the 15s, 25s, and 30s. I had more trouble receiving this package but it was not an issue with the company. It was an issue with FedEx delaying my package for unknown reasons. But I reached out to the company again and once again the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely purchase from them again because I am very satisfied with my purchase but just knowing that they have customer service that is so helpful and resolves all issues immediately is really the best part.

Alright, im going to clear the air for the folks looking in to these.First off, this set comes in 3 different boxes and on consecutive days, or a couple days apart. You might get the small set and the stand, then the 20&25 lb the next, or visa versa. So its really not a big deal.Second, they do have a smell. Its a new rubber smell, not “chemicals” like some claim. If you have ever been to a gym, a tire shop, etc., then you know exactly what they smell like. It will dissipate in a few days. It will help if you wipe them off with a wet rag when you unpack them.The stand is on the cheaper side. For the money I spent on this set I feel that the stand shouldve been better. The dowels that hold the plastic cover over the bar seat popped out. Luckily I found them in the box. So if you’re missing them, check all the bags and boxes. It teeters a little when put together but again, not a huge deal unless your ocd. Assembly is easy and quick, it only takes a bit of common sense, a couple wrenches and or sockets.The communication with the seller is superb. I contacted them at 7pm last night wondering where the 20 & 25 sets were. By the time I woke up this morning they had sent an email back containing the tracking number for the set.Overall, I am extremely happy with them. The grip is ergonomic and comfortable in the hand. They weigh what they should and regardless of the cheapness of the rack, it holds them sturdily. So it does the job. Hope this helps

Wrong fasteners.
The dumbbells are fine, but the weight rack fasteners (nylon nuts) were the wrong size. I had to go to the hardware store pick-up the correct size nylon nuts.
