Excellent toothbrush
This electric toothbrush is amazing. I definitely feel like my teeth are cleaner than when I used to brush them manually. It is easy to use and vibrates every 30 seconds so that you can be sure to clean each quadrant sufficiently. The app though isn’t useful at all – skip it. As for those that claim that they get mold growing in the toothbrush that is simply wrong. Read the instructions. All you have to do is rinse it after and separate the head from the body and let it dry out overnight and it stays perfectly clean. I have receding gums and after I brushed in the past they were always sore. Now I know that they are getting cleaner and they don’t hurt after brushing. The feature of letting you know if you are brushing too hard or too soft is also much appreciated and helpful. Just be careful to buy the right io replacement heads. I bought the wrong kind and wasted a bit of money. All in all, highly recommend.

Pretty good for it’s price. Battery life ain’t so good and it takes a day to fully charge it, but it works nice and has variety of settings, I like it. Easy to clean it and brush heads available in any store. Both white and black colors look nice.

Just got this for the whole family, the app is incredibly helpful and made a huge difference in my brushing habits. As you brush, the area you’re brushing becomes highlighted on your phone screen.(via Oral B app). The brush not only knows where you are brushing currently, but it also tells you to increase or decrease pressure if needed. You must continue brushing that whole area until it becomes totally white on the app – it means you got it clean 100%. Then you move to the next area (if you care to get the highest score lol).So yeah it’s a fun and interactive “smart” brush that helps you to be on top of your oral health. What’s not to love? You get history data, weekly average data, and even can customize your ring color. Also the app guides you to clean your tongue, floss, and use a mouth rinse.I am shocked how much fun I am having with it, and it also awards me various rewards and medals to further feel accomplished and motivated 🙂 Wanna get an award first thing in the morning? Just fire up this baby and get your day rolling feeling like an over achiever :)))) This is especially useful for dopamine junkies like myself. Absolutely worth every penny!!! Consequently I had to give my Sonicare her divorce papers today.

Poor design, slippery. No “Replacement” brush included
I have been using Oral B electric toothbrushes for 15 years, and I never thought such a poor design could exist for a toothbrush in 2025: with saliva or wet, the handle is so slippery I fear I’m about to drop it every time I brush my teeth! It sure looks nice, slick and fancy. But even the cheapest hotel toothbrushes are not slick and slippery like this fancy stuff. I thought of returning it and order the Pro model I’ve had for years, with ridges and rubber grip, but I noticed that they also redesigned that one with no ridges… So I’ll just carve a grip myself with a box cutter… Useless Bluetooth function, shinny lights to celebrate 2 minutes brushing (and not dropping it!), and lack of basic ergonomic design… What are the priorities? And the advertisement on Amazon is misleading at best: the package does NOT include a “replacement” brush, which would mean the default brush + one extra brush to replace it… There is only one brush total in the kit. And replacement iO brushes cost quite an exorbitant amount, so that’s another bad surprise opening the box.The battery life is not impressive, as it’s always on for bluetooth, detects when it’s picked up, and all the lights and electronics. It was much better with old Pro models.

Inicialmente pedi el IO4, pero despues de recibirlo me di cuenta que por 200 pesos mas podrÃa recibir este que en mi caso es mucho mejor, la pantalla que tiene es suficiente, te avisa en que modo estas (en el IO4 tenÃa que adivinar en que modo estaba) pero no es demasiado, no necesitas una pantalla led, ni nada por el estilo, este es suficiente.

TenÃa un oral b 5000 y lo sustituà por éste. Sà existe mucha diferencia, por las vibraciones y oscilaciones más rápidas. Lo recomiendo 100%. Lo único que cambiarÃa es el precio de los repuestos y que en México aún no los venden, sólo los encuentras en Amazon.
