I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have a hard time falling asleep (racing mind at end of day) then staying asleep. 2 of these and Iâm out and not groggy. Highly recommend.They do chew quickly – which I personally like.

These helped me fall asleep quickly and I felt like I hit a deeper sleep in the first half of the night. But by the second half, I was waking up more easily and had a harder time staying asleep.The strawberry flavor is good and theyâre easy to take, but I did feel a little groggy in the morning. Still useful if you struggle mostly with falling asleep, but maybe not ideal if staying asleep is your main issue.

Works better than the major brand that you see in stores everywhere. Better value by far. They are are a little soft for my taste, but they work wonderfully and they taste fine.

Not bad for gummy form supplement
Still not sold on taking vitamins/supplements in a “gummy” form, but I figured I’d give these a try for my adult son who has been having a hard time spinning down his mind at night. They seem to be working, and I’ve had a few myself. Just a bit of aftertaste, but rather good tasting. Strawberry flavor as a remember. And they are also very soft.
