Iâve been using the Cellucor C4 Original Pre Workout Powder for a while now, and Iâm pretty happy with it. It really gives me that extra boost I need, especially in the mornings when Iâm feeling a bit sluggish. I can feel the energy kick in within about 20 minutes, and it helps me push through my workouts with more intensity and focus.However, there are a couple of things Iâm not crazy about. The beta-alanine in it gives me a weird tingling feeling, kind of like pins and needles lol. Doesnt hurt, just a bit uncomfortable. Also, I noticed it contains a few artificial ingredients, which isnât a huge deal for me, but I know some people prefer more natural stuff. Thereâs a slight crash a few hours after I take it. Itâs not terrible, but I do feel a bit tired once the initial burst of energy wears off.Overall, though, Iâd say itâs a solid pre-workout supplement. It does a great job at boosting energy and focus for my workouts. If youâre looking for something to help you power through your gym sessions, Iâd recommend giving this a try!

C4 doesn’t give you an option to sit and bypass workouts – you have to. Really good grape taste, really good energy boost and kick. Hits fast and hard. If you’re good with caffeine and stimulants you’ll have no problem – if you can’t handle them then…don’t.
