Accurate and Easy-to-Use Pulse Oximeter!
The Yohcuro Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is a reliable and efficient device for monitoring blood oxygen levels and pulse rate. The fast, high-precision SpO2 measurement gives me peace of mind, and the large fonts on the rotatable OLED screen make it easy to read from any angle. The compact design is lightweight and comfortable to use, making it perfect for quick checks at home or on the go. Plus, the pink color adds a fun touch to a practical health tool. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, accurate, and user-friendly oximeter!

Great basic unit
This is a good basic oxygen and heartrate monitor. It’s very similar to many others at similar price points, so there are few things that I liked about it that made it stand out. The main thing that I liked was that it was comfortable on the finger and seemed to hug it better than others I’ve tried. It also very quickly started readings – I’ve had oximeters in the past where anyone with cold fingers or rough skin had trouble getting it to start reading – this one seemed to compare better than most.First impression opening the box was that I wished this were rechargeable instead of requiring two AAA batteries. I also was glad that I caught that unlike most battery-operated products, the batteries go in the same direction in this unit, instead of the usual one up / one down configuration. I’d pay extra to have a rechargeable unit so I wouldn’t have to worry about keeping new batteries around.Operation and fit of the unit was okay. You open these by squeezing like a clothespin. Depending on what finger you’re using and your position, you also can press the button during a reading to rotate the display to face up, down, left, or right so you get the best view and readability. In summary, this oximeter gets points for accuracy and comfort, and I think is well worth the cost. You’ll find cheaper units, but I think the fit and accuracy and ease of getting a good connection make this a winner.

Simple to use.
Didn’t even need to read the instructions to use this. Straightforward and intuitive. Verdict: I ain’t dead yet. It seems to have some kind of data logging feature that I plan to look into at some point. The screen orients to different directions and shows the data slightly differently to allow for viewing angle and preference. I am pleased with this item.

A Great Quick Check For Home and Travel
This pulse ox unit give a fast and accurate (checked against other equipment) reading at a very affordable price. The importance of knowing this numbers â your pulse and the percentage of oxygen your blood is carrying â has become more widely understood by people in the last 5 years. Like other units this is using both a pulse measure and a laser to check oxygen. At this price it makes sense to have one in a briefcase or purse that you carry with you and one at home in the cabinet or nightstand.

Very reliable pulse and oxygen readings and it also checks plethysmogram and perfusion index
I already own two other $10 pulse oximeters, but I’ve never been convinced they were reading right. Recently I had a home sleep study, where the hospital sent me home with a high-end machine, and comparing against that I was finally able to confirm just how far off the readings from both of mine really are. One is consistently okay for pulse but not oxygen, and the other is exactly the opposite. So I decided to try this $16 model from Yohcuro instead. It consistently gets both right, and does it quickly. It also takes plethysmogram and perfusion index readings, which neither of the cheaper models do. Another great feature it has over the others is that it can store up to 8 hours of results. Now I wish I’d spent the extra $6 to get this one in the first place!

Works well, quite readable
This works well, exactly as expected. Readings updated fairly quickly, pulse and blood oxygen updated fairly quickly with changes (though admittedly, I can only get my SpO2 down to about 96 intentionally, so that’s as far as I tested). I appreciate that the display can be set to read from all different orientations easily, and it keeps the last selection in memory, so returns to it automatically the next time you turn it on.Overall, pretty much as you’d expect for a basic SpO2 meter, at a reasonable price selling for $16.

Works as described in the description and the results seem fairly accurate. The devise itself is really easy to use. A nice reliable piece of kit that is good value from money.

This pulse oximeter is a dream to use; it gives you a reading in 5 seconds, and the results are clearly displayed on the screen, which makes the readings easy to understand. The screen can be viewed in 4 directions, which makes it perfect for if you are feeling unwell and you are lying down or on your side.I really like that it clearly displays the amount of battery remaining, which means that you get prior warning and don’t have to worry about the pulse monitor suddenly running out of battery when you need it most. The pulse oximeter comes with a 12-month warranty, which is reassuring should you encounter any issues with your purchase. This pulse oximeter is on the higher price range; however, I think it is well worth the price of £16.99, as it’s lightweight and compact without compromising the clear and easy-to-read acute results. I highly recommend everyone have these in your home, as you never know when you may need to monitor your heart rate and/or oxygen levels.Wee tip: I know it seems silly to use the lanyard, but it honestly helps with not losing the pulse oximeter and makes it easier to get out of your bag in a hurry. The lanyard also means that you can hang it up somewhere handy to make it easy to reach. I did find it a little difficult to get the loop of the lanyard through the hole; I ended up having to use a pin to guide it through.

This portable oxygen saturation probe is available in different colours, I picked pink and white for easy identification. Working in emergency health care, Iâve had several similar saturation probes over the years and always have a couple handy for general use. Many people have taken to using these at home for the monitoring and management of respiratory disorders, especially since the covid pandemic. They offer a useful baseline guide and should be used in conjunction with symptom monitoring. This oximeter unit (as most of the others Iâve had) runs on 2x AAA batteries, which are included in the pack. It also includes a small lanyard, but no protective carry case. The unit itself is quite chunky. The LED display is bright and easy to read, plus I do like that it can be rotated (at the press of the button) to be seen from different angles, especially useful if youâre using the oximeter on someone else.I found that the reading was accurate when compared to the readings on my smart watch. You should make sure that the finger you are using is warm and give the device a few seconds to settle down and record a reading. Overall, it appears to work as expected but is a little more expensive than others Iâve had, for the current price of £16 Iâd expect it to come with a case.

I got this to keep an eye on my oxygen saturation levels as I suffer from COPD and struggle with my breathing at times. I do have an SpO2 function on my smart watch but it takes ages to take a measurement and often doesn’t take a reading at all, unless you remain completely still. This device is easy to use, it just clips onto your finger, you press the button on the front and within about 15 seconds, you get a digital readout of your oxygen saturation level and your pulse rate. The build quality is a bit “meh”, it has an all plastic build with a glossy finish, and I don’t think that pink would have been my first choice of colour, but it does have an OLED coloured screen which is easy to read, and comes with 2 AAA batteries which is nice to see. It is definitely a lot more reliable, and easier to use than the SpO2 function on my smart watch, but at £15.99 perhaps a bit on the pricey side.

The first time I tried this out it suggested my O2 saturation was 87% which, if true, should see me heading off to hospital in a hurry. But I figured that might just be because my finger was cold, so I warmed up and tried again. Lo and behold 98%, and with a pulse reading that married up with that on my fitness tracker watch. So as long as you’re not expecting a medical-grade device, and are happy to treat this as indicative (and have got warm hands), this is fine. Came supplied with a pointless, short lanyard.
