Alteril Sleep Aid – 120 Count

Excellent OTC sleep aid
If you have issues that cause you to have difficulty falling or staying asleep these might be the trick for you. My experience is they are far superior than products that contain diphenhydramine (Benadryl) because the antihistamines can really dry you out leaving you dehydrated when you wake up. Alteril works differently. It has three natural ingredients. My experience is that it is also superior to many prescription sleep medications ,which may also dry you out or leave you feeling very lethargic and feeling hung over when you wake up. These do tend to give you very vivid dreams. In my case, this has been a positive thing. I do wake feeling more refreshed after taking these, as the advertising states. However, I do know one person who experienced vivid negative dreams (nightmares), so that is a possibility depending on your personality, life experiences and process, I guess. I am not a doctor This is not medical advice. However, I think its a great product and the healthiest sleep aid I know about. It definitely beats alcohol-based remedies, antihistamines and prescription medications (unless medically necessary) in my book.

The very best if you don’t want to feel groggy the next day. One is all I need and I fall asleep in almost exactly one hour. Great combo.

Works better than any other product I’ve tried
I’ve been using this almost a year instead of pain relief brands with the PM. I can tell you that I am so much healthier not putting the painkiller “stuff” for a better word, into my system. My blood tests came back so much better this year and I know using a natural sleep helper over a pain relief brand has to be a big part of it. In fact I will go as far to say I believe I had to have my gall bladder removed because of the painkiller PM products and that is a BIG deal, trust me. Remember, those painkillers make you bleed easier and in the end, I woke up with headaches every single morning. Okay on to the good that is Alteril. It works fairly quickly, within about 35 minutes. I take two with water and I go to sleep but I do wake up in about three hours. We are all different, I have a very tough time sleeping. Perhaps it is the water I’ve had with the pills before bed that get me up and then I wake up from that to use the bathroom (I’m over 60), but I can’t always go back to sleep, so what I have learned to do is leave two more on my sink with a glass of water and take those if needed. I never have a sleep hangover nor do I ever wake up with a headache. All those years I thought it was my bad neck causing my morning headaches, what a relief to be done with that! I suggest trying Alteril, I like it better than any other natural product out there, I’ve tried those too, this one works the best. I think it worked better when I first started using it, it may be I need to use more now but it might just be me, my sleep is very mixed up all of the time. I avoid caffeine after early morning but sometimes I have to succumb to a nap in the day so you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that can affect one’s nighttime sleep as well.

This is a fantastic natural sleep aid that I can swear by. You can sleep for 4-5 hours but feel rested like you slept for 8 hours after taking only one. My local Walmart stopped carrying it so I thought I’d get it from Amazon. Kept getting “taking longer” notices then finally Amazon refunded my money without me asking for a refund. I just wanted the item.
