Life saver
I wear this everyday and I couldnât get through my day without it. It washes nice. I have lost 20 lbs and the ability to adjust the size has my hips have gotten smaller is great. The adjustable size also helps with the different thicknesses of my clothes. The Velcro is strong and holds. It gives the support and comfort I needed. The width of the belt is enough to give support to achieve pain relief.

Easy to put on and not too heavy to wear
I suffer from SI pain on my left side. Have tried other belts which were difficult to put on and uncomfortable to wear due to being heavy. This one is very easy to put on. Just tighten it to your preference with velcro. It is lighter in weight than other belts I have tried. Therefore, it is more comfortable. It does brace the hip area. I found that my SI pain was less intense while wearing the belt. After I removed the belt, my lower back felt very restricted and stiff. I did not like that, but I think it is more a function of having a belt around one’s hips for several hours as opposed to the belt itself. The SI pain was reduced but not eliminated. I think the wearing of the belt needs to be strategic, and not all day, for me. For example, if I am going to be on my feet a lot, then I want to wear it at least for a portion of that time. Others could be very different. Pain is very individualistic. I think that the price makes this worth a try. Then, you also have it for those days when it is needed. Good luck. SI pain is no fun. Neither is lower back pain. I hope this provides some relief for you.

Rolls up and Bunches.
This belt worked okay the first few days, but now it rolls up, especially in the front, and therefore does not provide overall support. It also creeps up toward the waiste. It rolls up so bad in front ( less in back) that it bulges way out and it is hard to actually locate the ends of the velcro straps. The first layer of strap overlaps a bottom strap that has no velcro, so it slips out from under, probably adding to the rolling and bunching. Maybe if you where extremely slim like the models it wouldn’t roll up and bunch. I am returning this item.

Great hip belt. I use it for running to alleviate back and hip pain. Washes well in a washing machine and I air dry. Velcro still going strong 1 year later.

Figured I would try it and…I actually works!
Out of the box, good quality, brief and simple instructions….put it on and Wow. I noticed a slight difference right away. As the day went on, I could notice that there was less discomfort and when I took it off (for bathrooms reasons) I looked forward to putting it back on. I’ve wasted so much money on back pain relief products and this is one that actually helps.
