Effective and yummy
Honestly wow. The gummy tastes so good. I took two and I was out within thirty minutes. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed. The aesthetic of the bottle is impeccable too.My only complaint: why is it so hard to get that protective paper off to access the gummies? I had to cut it off with a knife.

I have been getting such amazing sleep with these gummies. Iâm a bartender as well as a toddler mom and many times the chaos of the day/night leaves me laying awake at night but since Iâve started taking these Iâm able to fall asleep quicker and have a more deep and restful sleep as well. Theyâre fine.
These are fine. They taste great, but their effectiveness is questionable. I never seem to get into a deep sleep. I keep trying them because they were not cheap, and I donât want to throw them away but I wonât repurchase.

It works fairly good. This doesnât knock me out but it does make me drowsy enough to fall asleep. I donât stay asleep but nothing including prescriptions works for that.

Effective and reliable!
Was hesitant but now hooked! My partner and I have problems falling asleep so we were skeptical but we each took two and about an hour later we fell into deep sleep. We both woke up the next morning feeling rested and surprisingly without any headaches or grogginess. We both even had dreams which is rare. Love the product!

Canât sleep without it now!! Iâve tried magnesium and melatonin separately before and they helped but I would wake up in the middle of the night. This one doesnât do that and keeps me asleep all night! Tastes really good too

They work, but there are cheaper options
I typically don’t like to take melatonin or supplements because I don’t want to be dependent. I have tried several different sleep aids, mainly gummies. These knocked me out, it may have been because I haven’t taken any sleep aid in a year. They upside is they do work well, but to continue my trial I did take them for about a month-in which they seemed to lose their efficacy. Other downsides are-cost-it’s a Kardashian brand and has been pushed on social media so the cost is expensive compared to others. They have sugar in them which sucks if you take them after you brush your teeth. Overall, I may buy them again, but tablets of melatonin work just as well and are more cost effective.
