A great mind/body/spirit journal!
I am really impressed with this journal! Itâs a nice size – slightly bigger than the typical 5 x 8, but still easily manageable and feels good in the hand. At just abt 1 inch thick, itâs definitely not skimpy. It also has two ribbons built in to mark pages, which is always convenient. Now to the important part. In my opinion, to simply call it a mental health journal is kind of selling it short. It does indeed capture mental health progress, such as daily feelings, anxiety levels, and energy. But itâs also a great resource for tracking habits, practicing self-care & gratitude, and keeping track of general health, such as hydration, nutrition, and physical activity. (Thereâs even a spot for monitoring screen time!). Besides all that, thereâs about a quarter of each 2-pg daily spread set aside for free flow journaling. The first 35 pages contain valuable information about mental health, assessing your current situation, core values, symptoms, and triggers of anxiety and depression; as well as suggestions and activities for training positive thoughts, meditation exercises, self-affirmation, and go-to plan for managing difficult situations. Following the intro section is 100 days worth of the 2-oh daily spreads plus weekly reflections. At the very end, there is a two-page progress review and a dozen line pages for general notes. The only thing I can think of that would make this journal better is an elastic closure band, but I can always add one, so thatâs very minor.I am a lifelong writer/journaler, but I tend to prefer daily prompts and elements such as habit and nutrition tracking. Each daily two page spread is detailed and well organized, but not overwhelming. I feel like this journal checks all the boxes, and at a great price to boot.I highly recommend!

I use it daily!
I am obsessed with this journal. I use it in the morning while Iâm drinking my coffee to set goals and affirmations for the day. It is extremely helpful in motivate me, organizing my thoughts, and helps make plans for completing the tasks. There is a lot to fill out if you want. (Morning and night) I prefer to get my feelings and thoughts out in the morning only. It is a beautiful journal and Iâve already recommended it to a friend.

A great daily journal!!
I have been using this mental health journal daily and its been a game changer. Great to track habits and self reflections. The guided prompts is well designed, great to write down my personal thought and it doesn’t take much time out of my day. I love how organized this journal with check ins and goal setting. The sleek black color is smooth and feels durable. Its perfect to carry around, its not bulky.

Limited space
This Mental Health Journal is thoughtfully constructed, however, the style is concise & provides limited writing space. It’s like a workbook, to be filled out daily & weekly, bullet point style, in 5 to 10 minute increments, instead of allotting space for longer & more thoughtful journaling. The introductory parts about identifying anxiety & depression triggers, along with developing gratitude & affirmations, etc. could be very useful as a basis for separate daily long-hand journaling in an open-ended style on the topics.

mental health centered 100-day journal
This LIFEINSPIRE CO. FINDING BALANCE 100-day mental health journal has both daily pages and weekly check-ins for the bulk of this journal. The intro section is a long one composed of anxiety and depression management, your current situation [what you are dealing with mentally and concerns], core values [values that are important to you and your top 5], a dear future self letter [areas such as financial, health, self-care, relationships etc], symptoms of anxiety, anxiety triggers, symptoms of depression and its triggers, questions for challenging and reframing your thoughts, positive thought work page, control, wheel of emotions, survival plan, self-care plan, mindfulness and meditation, gratitude, habit tracker and more. The daily pages provide space for date, hours slept, affirmation, focus, gratitude, self-care and mindfulness activities, what else you need today, nightly reflection, and a daily pulse. The daily pulse is an all-in-one tracking section for mood, hydration, vitamins/meds, physical activity, nutrition, screen time, anxiety level, energy level, and space for two additional write-ins for your own tracking. Each weekly check-in has a new prompt to write a paragraph on, followed by the same reflection questions: what went well, what could have gone better, did you make progress towards your goals, and what your intention is for the week ahead. There is also a self-care tracker and progress tracker rating.Overall, a thorough and well thought-out journal focused on mental health and well-being.

Helpful and good quality
If you’re looking to create more positive mental health habits, this is a good tool. The prompts are REALLY helpful and aimed as positivity and gratitude, without being cheesey or corny or fakey. You can skip days if you want and it won’t impact the usage at all. There is a good section in the back just for note taking which I find helpful. I am really liking this and it’s helping me keep on track with the mental health goals I have for myself.
