Good way to get in a bit of aching knees relief
I have some osteoarthritis in my knees. Since the weather has cooled down, it has been giving me more grief. So I decided to try the under the desk bicycle pedals, since it was/is reasonably priced. It was easy to assemble, the counter is an excellent feature, it works soothly, it is quiet. I have laminate flooring and do find that it is not slide resistant on that type flooring. I have to often readjust it because it has moved. The anti slide material that came with it is really thin and doesnât work to hold it in place. However I have a similar anti slip fabric in my kitchen cabinets that is much thicker that Iâll try to see if it stays in place better. However, even though it does move and is not slide resistant, if you are using it on carpet it should not pose a problem and I think a thicker anti slide fabric will also do the trick.

Decent product for the money
My husband had some issues putting it together. Things didn’t line up properly. He also has a larger foot (size13) so the straps to hold your foot on pedal had to be removed. After all was said and done it does work as expected and he enjoys using it.

Waste of money
Not worth the money. Hard to peddle as it sticks, not a smooth movement. Foot straps hard to slip into, display stopped working wirhin 1 month. Piece of junk, not worth the money.

Feels solid, though not heavy
I bought this to provide a way for my recuperating wife to improve the circulation in her legs while sitting. Feels solidly built. Light enough to carry from room to room, but heavy enough to not creep while being used. Comes with a rubber mat to insure that it stays where put, but I havenât had to use it on either carpet or smooth flooring. Digital counter has several modes of tracking oneâs usage.

Great for in-home therapy
Exactly what I need to maintain flexibility of an injured knee. Nothing complicated with assembly or use. I especially like that it displays the progress of each session …..includes time, distance, rotations and burned calorie count , plus maintains an historic count of rotations. My one improvement would be to make the foot strap more flexible and adjustable for smaller feet. Pleased with function at a reasonable price

Good Therapy
I bought this to use as therapy after a knee replacement surgery. It works very well and did what I wantedit to do. The short pedal stroke worked well to improve my range of motion. Start out with it as far awayas you can and minimal resistance. Move it closer as you gain range of motion. The mat kept it stationary on my kitchen floor.
