These work well for me. I initially bought them on clearance at a store just to try them. When I couldnât find them again, I ordered on here. I will continue to use these as long as they are available.

Did absolutely nothing for me
This did absolutely nothing to promote or improve sleep for me – zero impact whatsoever.I’m sure it might help some, but based on my experience, I would not recommend.I appreciate the natural ingredients, that is what I always go for, but I guess the dosage/mix or something about it just didn’t work for me. Disappointing but at least I know I didn’t use something toxic. It’s an expensive fail unfortunately.

Works with no side effects
We occasionally take melatonin and I was looking for an alternative. This feels gentle and we donât feel groggy in the morning. I took 2 for an adult and I wouldnât say it made me very sleepy but I didnât toss and turn or wake up and stay awake for a while like I normally do. I did 1 tablet for my 6yo while traveling to help her settle and she did fall asleep easily and wasnât fidgeting all night like she does away from her bed. Will be using this from now on. They are chalky and we didnât like the flavor but we chew them quick and drink water with it.

Didn’t work for me, did for sister
So I can only give this three stars because it didn’t work for me, but it did work for my sister. The taste to me was fine, and that was a big perk, I use the allergy medication but this just did not work. My sister didn’t like the taste much but it did help her fall asleep and she did appreciate that. I would say it’s worth giving it a try but just know that it doesn’t work for everyone.
