The medium size was a bit small, but it’s a good sleeve
I got the medium since, as a six-foot tall adult, I figured my knees were too big for a small, but the medium turned out to be smaller than I had imagined. Even so, it fit my knee well enough since it’s very stretchable. I use it for playing basketball so I don’t scrape my knee in case of a fall. If you’re a larger person, go for the large size. A fit adult could probably best use a medium. If you’re skinny or smaller in stature, the small would likely work best.It won’t protect your knee very much against bumping into some hard, but it works well to support your knee cap and protect it against scrapes. You’ll hardly know you have it on, except it makes your leg feel more secure and stable.

Quality product
I bought this for my 89 year old mom with severely arthritic knees. She says it’s easy for her to put on and helps her a lot with stability and balance. I have bought her multiple knee braces and she likes this one the best.

Be careful about the size.
I ordered Medium based on the sizing chart and it was too tight, very uncomfortable when I tried it on. Returned for a large and it is more comfortable, but it tends to creep down as I walk, so I subtracted a star.

Good buy at a reasonable price
Wish it had been a little tighter but everybody is built different. Seems to still be snug enough to help. I would recommend buying because this seems to a quality buy for the money.

Runs small.
This knee brace really works to correct a knee injury taking away the constant pain. However it is too small for me cutting into the flesh above, below and at the back of my knee and I assure you I am not a large person. I’ll order a large since I’m beyond the return date.

Basic knee support
This is a Basic elastic knee support. So many today are made from neoprene which I find uncomfortable. They also have buckles and straps and holes in them, which I donât need. I just wanted a simple knee support that would offer just a little extra something for my knee and this does the job. I was surprised that I needed a size large. I donât have large legs and would have thought that a small would fit. So when you order, be aware, it appears to run on the small side.

They are good
The knee fit good and snug.

Uncomfortable
Did not feel the size was true. All in all not satisfied with any aspect of it.
