Disappointing Build Quality and Serious Safety Concerns â Would Not Recommend
I purchased the EanOruus Cold Press Juicer after seeing what looked like solid reviews and promising features. While the wide chute and strong motor initially caught my attention, my actual experience raised serious concerns about safety, build quality, and long-term usability.Product Description:This 400W cold press juicer features a 5.4″ wide feed chute, BPA-free plastic components, and a slow masticating system designed to extract juice efficiently from fruits and vegetables. It includes a cleaning brush and recipe guide, and claims to be easy to clean with high juice yield.Personal Experience:Right out of the box, I noticed something oddâthe packaging had a different brand name (“Canoly”), not EanOruus, which was confusing. I overlooked that at first, but unfortunately, the first unit arrived with multiple cracks in the plastic housing. I tried to exchange it, but the item never made it back. Thankfully, Amazonâs customer service was very helpful and issued a refund so I could repurchase the productâ(although the price had increased) and offered to comp the the difference.When the replacement arrived, it looked intact. But after assembling and powering it on (without food), I saw thin plastic shavings appear inside the juicer. On closer inspection, I realized the plastic auger is attached to a metal housing, and as it spins, it grinds against the plastic interiorâcreating shavings before I even added any produce.I tested the juicer using some older fruit, and while the motor didnât stall and juice output was decent, the pusher tool actually got caught in the auger and cracked during use. That incident, combined with the earlier shavings, raised major safety concerns for me.Cleaning was mostly easy, but thereâs a section beneath the strainer that canât be reached with the brush or by soaking. Thatâs a real problem for anyone concerned about mold or bacteria buildup, especially with juice residue potentially trapped in unreachable spots.Value for Money:For nearly $190, I expected a much better and safer experience. WOW! What a masticating juicer!
WOW! What a great product. I’ve had various masticating juicers, centrifugal juicers, and blenders. Out of all of them, this one is the best. Quiet, easy to use, and you get pure juice, not watered down. Note that the lower price is for the 350-watt model not the 400 watts. But the 350 watt is what I have, and it eats carrots, beets, and hard root veggies easily. The spinach and leafy greens get eaten easily. Pulp is dry, and you get a lot of juice. I make a one-day supply in the morning and drink throughout the day. Could easily make 3-to-4-day supply but, not into that yet. Getting a portable mason jar vacuum sealer and will use it for longer storage. Add some lemon juice to stop the oxidation also. But I must say this machine is a leap in masticating juicing. Quick, easy and clean up a breeze. First few times cleaning you learn the short cuts and a breeze now.

Canât handle fibers & tough to clean
After having my last juicer for years, it was time to replace, and I so wanted to love this juicer. One positive: it does yield a lot of juice. But First use, pieces got stuck because of the fibers. Thoroughly cleaned and tried a couple more times. Cut everything into small pieces to no avail. The fibers get so stuck in the bottom you have to sit and dig them out, with angles that make it very tough, just to disassemble the pieces. At the end of the day, if my juicer canât handle celery itâs not worth the money. Unfortunately Iâll be returning and trying a different brand.

Not what I thought it’ll be
This doesn’t compare to my personal size cold compressor. I have to peel my fruit first. It doesn’t mash apples like it should. Fruits get stuck all the time and it’s an inconvenience having to fix during mid juicing with fruit in it. The grinder gets stuck inside of the cannister part. I honestly thought this would of been less time consuming than my small one. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or what but I’m not satisfied with this product. There’s also food stuck where the juicer doesn’t come apart too clean. How is that possible? I can’t even rinse it out.

Very easy to clean. Juices whole fruits and veggies without an issue. Sometimes it is difficult to take apart if I juice too much fruit/veggies at once, but… it still comes apart without issue after some coercing.

Fundamentally flawed design
I juiced with this unit several times to make sure but overall I’m not happy with this juicer and I will be returning this.Pros:- fairly effective at producing juice- doesn’t leave excessive moisture in the discarded pulp- will breakup and grind larger prices of vegetablesCons:- Requires that you chop up “fiberous” vegetables despite the listing indicating you can just put whole vegetable in it- the whole juicing cup assembly wobbles around as the press turns like the motor shaft is crooked- the juice produced contains way too much pulp- while the parts are generally easily cleaned there is food being captured behind the metal screen embedded in the plastic. It cannot be cleaned out so you will forever have food trapped in this part. THIS ONE THING I CANNOT DISMISS. VERY UNHYGIENIC.- under heavy load there is a smell of hot electronics on the verge of burning. It was a but alarming when that happened.- juice is somehow getting under the juice assembly on top of the motor and also shows up under the entire unit when juice flow is a trickle.I would not recommend this product.

Horrible juicing experience!!
Horrible experience. I have been a juicer for years. But this is by far the worse machine ever. It stopped working mid juicing. Nothing was stuck. It wouldn’t unlock. I was just juicing 2 apples, 1/2 lemon and 5 celery stalks. I had to return with food lodged in the chute. Do not buy!!!
