A triumph of Design – Gooks and Performance
Surprisingly, the quality matches the price. The design is attractive but its utility is equal to its good looks. As a product designer myself, my expectations are high and the Tanker satisfies me. Important is the comfort and usefulness of the handle which is an ideal size and easy to grasp. Especially welcome is the high quality non-slip surface of the plastic – a real plus. The size, shape and capacity are useful too and the large, easy to grasp square lid seals well. The tanker is one of those little but often used objects in my life that even I couldn’t improve. My life is a wee bit better for it.

Portable Urinal for Men Spill Proof
This was my second purchase of the Boom Tanker. I was very impressed with my first purchase that I decided to purchase a second as a spare. The name Tanker is perfect as it is built like a tank. The container material used is thick and the cap is also heavy duty. Unfortunately, the second one I ordered had a defective cap. It seemed to be too large and leaked. The cap actually could be easily pulled off without unscrewing it. I reached out to Boom Medical and they immediately responded, shipping out a replacement. They were so concerned with defect that asked its return to determine what went wrong during the manufacture of the bottle/cap. By the way, the replacement bottle worked perfectly. As for their customer service I can only say, Outstanding! They make an extremely durable, which is well engineered. In the case of my second bottle I can only say, stuff ocassionally happens. I would Not hesitate in ordering from Boom Medical again.

Heavy Duty and Leak Proof
Bought this for truck-tent camping. Its heavy duty, leak proof and holds more than the typical urinal. The lid locks securely with a quarter turn. Its slim tall profile makes it easy to carry in a backpack. Nice that it’s not see through. Kind of expensive, but well worth the price.

Maybe just me but didnât work out for me
Product is very sturdy and at first I thought wow just what I have been looking for and for about ten days it was great except I thought it was too narrow and needed a larger base to keep from falling over so easily but that wasnât an issue until the cap stopped sealing up and would empty the contents over time actually the cap is well designed but I think the threads arenât meshing together tight enough allowing the cap to be unable to seal properly I donât like to leave this review because I really like this product and could just be meThank you

Alteration needed if using for a pilot
This would be a 5 star product for any adventure except for if it has different atmosphere pressure like extreme hiking or aviation. Every time I opened it up the pressure difference sends the seal into the urine below which is nasty. I did end up drilling a very tiny hole from top of the cap through the seal to deal with the pressurization and it worked like a champ with no spillage coming out based on the direction I drilled it. The look and feel of this thing is great.

Best ever. As a trucker I have had many but no one like this. The best thing about it is that it is airtight so no odor will come out till you can empty it. Other types will have you together with your sleeper and clothes smellingâ¦.

Nice Watering Can
Going on a long car trip in a couple of weeks and this seemed like the perfect accessory. Read all the glowing reviews and decided to splurge on an obviously overpriced urinal. One review in particular, mentioned filling it with water and turning it upside down. Seemed like a great test, so it was the first thing I did after receiving it.It didn’t just leak, the water poured out of it. My bad, I assumed, so I opened and then overtightened it. Fluid poured out. Tried a couple of more times and then placed it back in shipping box for return. Even if it had worked initially, how long would it have lasted before the serious leaking started?In conclusion, if you’re looking for something to water your plants with, this is the $40 product for you.Update:My sweet, wonderful wife said to me “If no one else is complaining about leakage, you probably just got a lemon.”Since we have the above mentioned trip and a cabin in the woods at which the bathroom is out doors, I hesitantly decided to give this product another try.No leaks on urinal #2!However, for obvious reasons, I am concerned about quality control issues and long term use of this product. The lid is novel, but I would feel better if this was made with a simple, traditional, screw on top.

The tanker is so versatile
The first Tanker I bought was for a friend who was bedridden due to illness. It is easy to use and was not an eyesore next to the bedside.I also bought one for my son who frequently goes camping. It is portable, durable, and extremely functional! definitely a great value for the money!
