Yes yes yes
Out of all the resistance band sets i have, which may be 5 sets, these are my favorite. They feel like they have resistance and they don’t loose it over time. The heavy one is really heavy. I can’t move it.

Misleading
I only got two bands Green and Orange. The picture shows four bands? I got mis led or shorted?

FAR too stiff
i bought this set to supplement another brand of resistance bands that i have, especially for the 25lbs band which the other set doesn’t have and so my wife and i can work out together. unfortunately, these bands are far too stiff to do any exercise other than squats and i cannot imagine have their weight accurately described. if what you are looking for is a set of Heavy to XXXX Heavy bands, maybe these would work for you, but for someone looking for bands in the 15-50lb range, pass over these ones.

Good resistance bands for high reps leg days
These resistance bands are a quality set for adding strength training to at-home workouts without using weights. The set comes with 4 bands that are all the same length, and the manufacturer provides some example exercises to use with the bands. The rubber seems very sturdy and resistant to tearing even when maximally stretched. The texture of the bands makes them easy to grab without having them slip around too much. At 5â7â, I can stretch them from my legs to my shoulders, and that is around the maximum I can stretch them (see photo). As such, I cannot use them for assisted pull up exercises (they are too short), but they can work for shorter distance stretching. For me, I have preferred using the heavier bands to do leg exercises, particularly deadlifts. Although they cannot replace everything a barbell can, using multiple of the heavy bands can provide sufficient muscle activation for me. If you are a very experienced lifter, these bands may be better suited for arm exercises, since they will likely be insufficient for leg activation. If these bands will fit a niche in your exercise routine, this set is definitely a quality find for a decent price.

Good Brand, No instructions for use
This brand is recommended by Dr. Hyman, so I purchased these hoping to start strength training.Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to use these correctly. I wish they’d include some basic steps to use these safely.

not your granny’s fitness bands
Frankly, I’m in awe of these fitness bands. I have some short lightweight ones that I’m using to help rebuild an injured shoulder, and figured these would be a good step up. Well, it’s a a quantum leap! These are tough bands and even the 15-pound one (which is orange, not reddish as shown in the product photo — see my pics) is a challenge for me.The bands are thick and sturdy and look like they’ll last. They get progressively wider as they go up in resistance but the thickness is about the same. I like that the set runs from 15 to 50 pounds, which means I can use the 15 pound one for arm workouts and switch up to the 25 pound one for squats and leg exercises. I tried the deadman lift with 35 pounds but I’m not ready for that and had to drop back to 25 pounds. The set is definitely one I can grow into; meanwhile the higher resistance weights are suitable for my husband without him needing to do 100s of reps to get a workout.I found the bands easy to grip without being slippery, although weightlifting gloves might be a good option if you’re doing a lot of work with them. I’m going to try one with an over-door strap I got with a fitness tube and see if they’ll work for lateral pulldowns.
