Excellent kit. Best one on Amazon. Far superior to any mechanical electronic âkneadingâ âmassageâ âshiatsuâ device that costs like 25 times as much. Your feet are different and no engineered device knows all of our feet the same, but you do and control the pressure and location with the simple roll of a foot. I didnât think this way until after I bought this kit on a whim, instead of dropping over 100$ on a powered mechanical massage device.tl;dr – Solved my arch pain very quickly.I have recently started to play soccer heavily again and have had arch pain in my right foot for two weeks. Nothing worked so I bought this kit. I start with spiky ball, go to bumpy ball, go to smooth ball, and finish on the roller. about 5-10 mins per step. repeat x3 spread out over the course of a whole day.Each step I try to work out all the âcrunchesâThen in the evening do a warm epsom salt soak 30 mins, followed by cold compress with icepack on bottom of arch 20 mins, and another warm soak 30 mins. Evenly spread out over the course of 3 hours.I did all this the day after my game, but I knew it was just a mild strain and nothing serious. I had no heel pain at all and was able to play normally that day; just had this nagging soreness and noticeable swelling in my arch, especially after the game.Anyway- this kit is a life saver and is much easier to control where and how you are massaged. You even get better at it and more control over it the more you do it.Saves money and most importantly totally resolved all of my arch pain.UPDATE 12/2021I have had another injury: metastarlgia. After taping my toes my footpad for two weeks I was able to walk normally again with pain, then i was able to use this kit to work out scar tissue and get back to normal activity much faster than expected. i was told to shelf it for 6-8 weeks but I was able to play again 3 weeks later without reaggravation. It was sore after but more kneading with this kit saved the day. A must have for any athlete, unless you can afford a personal masseuse.

Nice product but advertised bag is missing
Ordered this to help out with plantar fasciitis foot pain. Product works pretty good. Heating and cooling the roller makes a difference. Spiked roller ball is a bit sharp. Biggest thing is the missing bag shown with the item. I donât want to keep the box but I may just have to, to keep everything together.

Worth it for the one roller
The only one you can ice is the roller, none of the balls, but worth the money. The two balls with the molded textures are the same hard/rigid plastic as two of the balls, and one ball is rubberized.The roller is my favorite. The harder balls are really useful on carpet, but not really on my hardwood floors/tile. I use a throw rug with a rubber backing & it’s good to go.Brings me from a 9 on the pain scale to a livable 5-7 after 15-45 minutes.It’s not a miracle, you need to work at it and figure out how to relieve the pain.You are your biggest barrier to use this. If you give up after 5 minutes you may need something else. Relief=knowledge +effort.

El paquete no llega con la bolsa negra como hace parecer la publicidad , llega en la caja y bolsitas de plástico. Es un excelente masajeador yo tengo una lesión en el pie y las texturas lisa y la que no tiene picos me han permitido tener una extensión diferente en las articulaciones del metatarso y desplazan muy bien la fibrosis, padezco neurona de morton y los ejercicios ayudan a relajar la zona de masaje.
