Functions well; light up your life?
After getting a week of rain and overcast skies in my part of the U.S., I decided to buy a light box since light therapy is all the rage nowadays. This inexpensive little unit is about the size of an iPad but thicker, easy to operate (corded, please note), and quite light. It has a back support, is somewhat adjustable for light intensity (very bright!), and has a built-in timer with six settings at ten-minute intervals from ten minutes to an hour. I haven’t used it a lot yet, but it does seem to leave me feeling a bit…more energized so far! Perhaps this might be worth a try for you as well, with the disclaimer that your results may vary…

Keeps me happy
Winter is not my favorite time of the year so I ordered this light to help keep me perked up. It does just that it’s small enough you can take it room to room with you had a timer and different brightness settings. I love it just what I needed to fight the winter blues!!

Just what I needed!
I have trouble sleeping and it was recommended to me by my functional practitioner to start getting direct sunlight as early in the morning as possible. This helps me reset my circadian rhythm allowing me to fall asleep quicker at night. I bought this indoor light to use in the mornings when I can’t go outside to get direct sunlight. It is affordable, balances on the arm of my sofa, and the brightness is adjustable. I highly recommend this for those who struggle falling asleep like I do.

Easy to Use
This was my first device of this sort, so I kind of went in blind in purchasing this one. I am loving it! It is super-easy to use. The controls are so intuitive that you barely need to read the instructions. The device sits like a picture frame on your desk or table. Personally, I have it right next to the monitor of my PC, and I just point the device toward my face while I use the PC. If a light box is something you need or want to try, try this one. It’s too early, for me, to know whether using it will help with my light issue, but even if it doesn’t help, I am confident that this was the perfect device to try the therapy.

Haven’t fully used it yet, but this lamp is BRIGHT! It’s really hard to see the functions and the buttons when the lamp is turned on.When working on gloomy day it does make it seem bright and sunny out which makes me happy. Maybe it it had a remote it would be perfect
