My wife got this for me to help combat SAD in the winter. The output is tunable to produce several different colors of light. It is light enough to move around and can be pointed in almost any direction. It can also be dimmed to several different levels.

I meant to buy one but accidentally ordered two and don’t regret it. I was struggling with seasonal affective depression which led me to buy these. We have a couple of places that need better lighting and these very lightweight lamps are easy to move around and survive being accidentally knocked over. To my surprise I even use the remote. If you don’t like where the light is hitting on your desk, it’s easy to pick up and move it to a better location, or flex the light to a better angle.
